This is my first trip to Wingfingers and now it's my favorite. I stopped going to those other local locations because to me it just seems like the fingers had gotten smaller and smaller and more and more overcooked over time. Like there was no love in them. Wing fingers put some love in their fingers big old juicy tender seasoned lovely chicken fingers more like hands though really LOL. I got the Southern fried non-tossed combo because I wanted to try the Buffalo and the Carolina gold sauce on the side. I just can't say enough good things about how the chicken fingers were cooked soon as I broke the first one in half the perfect doneness without drying it out was just gorgeous! Both of the sauces were really good for the chicken. I really liked the buffalo sauce. The sauce for dipping the fries has a little bit of a smokey hint to it. The fries were good and nicely seasoned. The coleslaw was good. The bread was bread. And the lemonade was delicious. Obviously I got it to go cuz I had work to do at home but the lady in the Drive-Thru was very nice and explain the menu to me even though I was like what am I ordering here what am I looking at. There were 6 wings and they were noticeably larger and meatier than other places I have eaten wings. I chose a lite amount of bbq sauce on them and they were very good. The soft drink was the big gulp size and very tasty. I love small thin French fries like they serve but I came after lunch hour and the fries were good but not fresh and hot. I went during their soft opening and the drive thru lines were out to the street. Hopefully it's not as bad when I visit again! I ordered the southern fried fingers and grilled mojo bowl. The fried fingers were better than the grilled fingers. The grilled ones were a bit dry. I really liked their assortment of veggies on the bowl tho! The rice would've been better if it didn't have grains of uncooked rice. It seemed as if half was mixed in with a different batch. I ordered all their sauces and their Freddys fave and honey bbq sauce is pretty good. The most spicy 'bring da pain' isn't really that spicy. I'd say I like the flavor of the regular buffalo compared to their more spicier flavors. The others had a more vinegary taste to it. Overall it wasn't too bad. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drive Thru is rude for no reason. Specifically, Monesha. When I ordered, she was very short with me. Then when I got to the window, she did not say a word to me. She handed me my drink. I gave her my payment. She handed my change and receipt and then my food. I said "thank you" and she walked away without saying anything. This is not my first experience like this. No one wants to make purchases from a place with rude employees who can't say thank you or Hi or anything at all to their drive-thru customers when they get to the window. It's the bare minimum of customer service isn't it? What is with the nasty attitude? She's mad because I came through and she actually had to work? That's how it seemed. Also- when I got back to work and went to eat my lunch, that I just spent 40 minutes through traffic to get, my tenders are hardly covered in buffalo sauce and the gooey fries have the tiniest bit of cheese on them. I am 5 months pregnant, the whole reason I drove across town was for WingFingers specific buffalo tenders and gooey fries. What a disappointment. This is not how the food was when they first opened. This place has potential to be awesome, especially the breakfast. But right now it's very lackluster. The biscuits are super dry and basically crumble everywhere. Even in the display pics you can tell how dry and overcooked they are. You should consider a better way to store the biscuits so they don't dry out. The grits are watery and definitely not GOOEY like it says they are. To get gooey grits you need to use a milk base or more cheese in the recipe. The hashbrowns are not hashbrowns they're tator tots. Idk, I'm being critical because I want to come here more, but if you improve the way these items are cooked, stored, and taste overall it will be amazing. read more

I've been twice and I enjoyed it both times! I appreciate they have healthier options and grilled chicken because many chicken finger places don't. The mojo bowl is delicious (and also a good amount of food so worth the price), the second time a few of the veggies and the rice were a bit undercooked though but still good overall. My wife and I stopped by one morning for a breakfast snack. She got the honey butter chicken biscuit and I got the conecuh sausage biscuit. The chicken on hers was pretty dry and my sausage was pretty tiny. The biscuits were good. Just based on the food (that morning) I would have given it a 2. The thing that bumped it up to a 4 and will probably make me try it again was the facility and the service. The dining room was immaculate, the kitchen (what I could see) was immaculate and the nicest lady I've met in a long time waited on us made us feel welcome, asked if everything was ok and asked us to please come back.
