I love Helen. She's very meticulous and artsy. I let her do whatever. Everyone can't shape almond nails and I'm very picky. The place is a bit pricey but worth it. It's also clean and they have you in and out.

Amazing service

Very kind people they gave me free hand cream and cuticle oil and that is why I am a usual here!

They have quality service. They treat everyone with respect and dignity. Nails and toes always get complemented on since going here

Picked this randomly on a Monday night and will definitely be returning! The staff was friendly, salon was clean, and they had a great selection of colors. I did dip and appreciated the attention to detail that my technician had. She did an excellent job!!

Under new management new training staff very nice and friendly takes extra time to pamper me. I love everything the new manager team has to offer here. Drinks menu comes soon too

These were gel colors, but I believe they have the same shades in regular polish and dips.

I came into this salon last night, rather than my usual place, and I was very happy with the results! I originally came in because I saw they were open later than most salons, and I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been overdue for a refill/cutdown for ages now, because I keep getting stuck at work until 7pm or later. I arrived at the salon around 7:20pm, and I fully expected to get asked to come back when there was more time. Forty minutes for a refill is definitely pushing it! But the gentleman at the desk said they'd be able to fit me in, and he immediately pointed me to an open chair. The nail technician, Linh Vu, was lovely. She did very quick work, but also very good work, and checked in with how I felt about the nails' length/color/shape/etc., at every point. I love how they turned out, and it is such a relief to no longer have to worry about my nails being overly long and grown out. I'll definitely visit again--the hours and the location right near Whole Foods are just too convenient. But next time I'll make sure to bring cash. The sign at the counter saying "Cash tips only" caught me by surprise this time. :-/

What I wanted and what was too difficult to do.

It's a no for me. I randomly decided to come here since it was down the street from my gym and my normal salon was packed. I don't think I'd go back. They were nice and the job was done quick, but almost too quick. I'm someone who likes to get what I pay for with my nails, and if I'm spending 50+ dollars, I want my nails to be nice. My girl couldn't do my nail art at all. It wasn't complicated, but every time she tried it just looked bad. When I first showed her the picture I had a feeling it was gonna be an issue because she said, "you want that on all of them...?" It was just different moons on each nail (moon phases), so I thought it seemed pretty straight forward. Literally just circle and crescent shapes. Anyway, when it came time to do the nail art she couldn't get one moon drawn and kept saying, "I think those are stickers, so it's not going to look just like the picture." And she just kept drawing what looked like squiggly letter C's. The picture DIDNT have stickers by the way. So I had to randomly pick something last minute because we couldn't do what I'd originally picked and I wasn't going to pay for the wonky moons. I always take really funky nail art pics to my usual salon (Sweetheart Nails down the street) and they do an awesome job every single time and have never been unable to do anything I've requested and tbh they do it until it looks PERFECT. To be honest, this felt like a waste of money because I paid $63 for beige nails with random polka dots on my accent nails. Not at all what I wanted, but it was really all that could be done. I wish she would have been honest and said she couldn't do it from the beginning and just handed me off to someone that could. I won't stray from my regular place again. UPDATE: it's been less than 24 hours annnnd my nail is chipped. So annoyed. I went back and someone fixed it for free. But this was super inconvenient. I will stick to my regular nail salon in the future.

She even apologized for not immediately greeting me due to taking a phone call. That is how customer service is done! The other woman standing next to her had no excuse. I waited in the waiting area for about ten minutes. The decor was nice and not overdone. I was called back to a station and waited for a little more than ten minutes. There was music playing and TVs playing without sound; I wished they added the captions because otherwise, what is the point of the TV-- many people do not read lips. I met my technician. She was not particularly welcoming and was not a conversationalist as I have experienced elsewhere. However, I could see she was experienced with her craft. I mentioned an allergy that kept me from using certain products. I also mentioned a medical condition. Though I do not think the condition was understood, as it was not acknowledged or questioned for explanation, it actually did not become a problem during the session. As an introvert, I was hoping the stations were going to be a little spread a part. They were not. I appreciated the purse hook to avoid sitting the purse on the floor, though! Some salons do not have sinks for handwashing, but this salon does, which I like. No beverage was offered. No greetings or smiles from other staff members passing by during the wait. This is the first salon of this size that I have visited that has a small selection of polish colors, gel and non-gel. I was actually shocked. We settled on the American tip. I loved how the technician shaped my nails and exercised care during the manicure. No dust collector was used during filing, though-- I definitely had to clean my nose at home after breathing all that. I loved her attention to the cuticle work and hangnail cleanup. However, when she asked if I was liking the tips, I affirmed but asked if she thought the tips should be extended to cover my natural tips. She said no, and they were good. I took her professional opinion. I did not feel rushed until it was time to dry. She added something to my nails at the drying station, and I felt okay until my fingers started itching towards the end of drying. I also wondered why I needed UV. The itching worsened while in my vehicle leaving, which is when I noticed with the sunlight the negative space between the smile line and drawn tips. Jeez. It was about an hour before I could get home and get some hydrocortisone cream for my fingers. That was not a mistake. I cleaned polish from underneath two nails and tried to fix one tip on my right hand.
