However, the steps that happened were top of the chart. Liz went above and beyond after hours to walk me through everything that would be occurring. She kept me up to date on my insurance and the driver at faults insurance. She even had to take a check to the tow yard because they weren't doing their part quick enough. I was beyond frazzled after never gone through this process before. But, Liz made me feel like I was number one, despite having many claims she deals with daily.
