The paper was probably there since the evaporator was installed by another company five years ago. Art also took our air handler blower apart and cleaned it while bringing the refrigerant level up to snuff (it was a tad low). LONG STORY SHORT, I've been through HVAC hell, and finally decided to go with a new, local company with stellar reviews that recognized my system's warranty. Mario came to inspect the system, identified the repairs that needed to be made, was in and out within 2 hours only a day after I requested service, and not even $500 later I'm enjoying a cool, air-conditioned home.
