I paid and left but I forgot my hair product. I go back in 10 minutes later and they're telling me they through it out and they claimed it the product was finished even thought I know for a fact it wasn't. He did not even tell me he through it out. My long hair was something that made me so confident and now it's all taken away. I'm never coming back here.

We have to make a hair appointment to correct the uneven sides. She was very rude. They didn't even wet the hair. I have never been to a hairdresser that doesn't wet the hair before cutting it, still we trusted her and now one side is longer than the other. It was really expensive for 5 mins of what my five year old with scissors could do at home. If you have thin hair and are not white they treat you poorly and honestly don't know what to do with your hair. The yelp review was misleading. It was stressful, they were rude, and now we have to go get professional haircuts to correct their mistakes. I was trying to treat my family to a girls day at the salon and I have never had such a terrible experience. I have taken my family to get haircuts and nails before and my reviews have always been positive but this time I feel like those with our type of hair (thinner Asian hair) should know that this is not the place for you. On the phone they told us we could get our hair cut all together. When we got there they told us they only had two hair dressers one that could cut short and one that could cut long hair (even though there were 4 hairdressers there). In terms of pricing this place is expensive. They charge 30 dollars to wash your hair, 30 dollars to cut and 30 dollars to blow dry. We were going to do all but because they lied and we did want my elderly grandma with dementia and my five year old waiting we went just for the cut. Still expected them to at least comb the hair and spray it with water before cutting. The second star is for the lady that does short hair. Because she cuts hair like my mom used to when we were growing up. It's fine, not salon style not not offensive.
