The owner is great. I got a manicure before my wedding, and a few days after my wedding my nails chipped. They got me right in and completely redid my nails for free. The nail tech Lorraine did an amazing job and the owner provider excellent customer service. I'm a mom of two, so my free time is precious and limited; it's refreshing to go to an establishment that appreciates that you have a choice and treats you as such. This was an awesome place. I am sad that I am from out of town, or this would be my new nail spot! It was very clean and had a nice, hip atmosphere with relaxing music and really friendly staff. Had a great time here at M3V nail bar, right when I walked in everyone was very nice. They gave me a complimentary alcoholic beverage (mimosa) as I waited to be seen for a mani/pedi. The nail technician that worked with me was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was modern and fun! Lots of colors/drinks to choose from. First off I am willing to spend the money on something if it is worth it. The atmosphere was very nice, no odor and the drinks are a nice touch as others have said but the quality of work is very poor. The technicians only knew how to do basic skills and were not willing to find someone who could. This place was over priced for the quality. The gel was not put on even and there are many flaws that could have been easily fixed, for $100+ I expect better. The ends are stating to lift after 24hrs of normal wear. The "massage" was a complete joke. My friend was having issues with her and the owner was too busy leaving to care. Will not go back. read more

Very little attention to detail like cuticle care, nail shaping and I picked gel polish off from around my nail for days. I called and spoke to the manager and she offered a re-do which I declined...Then said she wanted to make it right. This place was amazing from the ambiance to the technicians to the homemade sangria. It was super nice and swanky inside and had great music playing in background. What's not to love about a place you can have a cocktail with nail services and actually talk to your technician? I would totally recommend this place to anyone...especially to girls planning parties for prom, weddings, etc! I was told they even have a private room that can be booked for couples to get pedis together. My only gripe was that it was too stereotypical of women in the sense that not all women drink fruity drinks (even the beer choices were all flavored beers!) or watch Real Housewives of Whatever (the show playing in background). My recommendation to my tech was a Sunday Football Funday with the girls. Put some football on those screens and see how business goes. Nothing could beat watching your favorite team while getting your nails done and having some drinks. read more

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I took my 3 granddaughters for manicures and pedicures. They offer "Hopscotch" pedicures for children and they were in heaven. They were offered a selection of organic juices when we arrived. They got wonderful leg massages as part of the pedicure. The manicurists couldn't have been nicer - the girls loved every minute and we can't wait to go back. What a lovely shop with a warm and welcoming owner. We're staying at the JW Marriott and this shop was a two minute drive in City North. If you're in that area, this is the only place to go. read more

In addition to being super cute-the foot massage, huge assortment of color options and optional pedicure add-on's combined with the sexy red, white, and black ambiance sealed the deal. The manicure stations are set up like a cocktail bar (go figure!) and the glitter bar, YES, I said GLITTER BAR is a lot of sparkly fun. I opted for a bright coral mani with coordinating glitter ombre on each nail. I've already gotten a dozen compliments and inquiries from people wanting to know what place in AZ can master my Pinterest worthy pinkies. The staff knows exactly what they're doing when it comes to nail services and they make you feel like a friend more than a customer. I'm telling you, M3V is at the top of the nail game in AZ and I encourage you to stop in, meet the lovely ladies that work there, and leave with the hippest nails in town. Overpriced and below average based on my experience. Friendly technician, but pedicure service was rushed and incomplete. Given the higher-end pricing, I was actually shocked at how skimpy the service was, especially since I had upgraded to a "spa treatment." My girlfriend and I got the same exact service. I kept looking over at her with envy while her technician carefully attended to her feet and massaged her extensively. My service was finished way ahead of her's. Also wax was scalding hot. When I told technician, she said she'd wait to make sure the second bag was cooled down. But it was just as hot. Didn't want to complain on site since my girlfriend made the appointments, raved about this place and really wanted us to have a good time. I didn't want to make her feel bad. I guess the service is hit or miss depending on who you get. But it's management's job to ensure consistent service regardless of who delivers it. read more

Horrible Experience! Revolving door of staff! Booked with a particular tech a few times and even called in advance. Only to arrive and they gave my appointment away! This has happened more than once! Place has gone drastically downhill since opening. Clearly mismanaged! Barely any polishes to choose from and have heard techs complain that they don't have enough base and top coat polishes. Apparently they have to beg for more. Reuse files because tech's have to supply their own. They claim to be under paid and it clearly shows in the service you receive. I would NOT recommend this nail salon. I should mention I was on time for my appt and they moved me to a tech I did not request and my appt that I had on the books went to somebody else. Was put with somebody new. Again, I book with somebody specific and they have no regard for my business and give my appt away. I book with a specific tech for a reason. My tech that I always see is Elizabeth.. she is definitely one of a kind and very detail oriented. She is the sweetest soul and so wise about nails! She is the only tech that I will see. But everyone else is very very nice! The manager April and owner Tracy are the most attentive people I've ever seen . The awesome thing is they greet you so kindly and you get a free drink with each service , that is what all salons should have. Their customer service was what disappointed me the most. I had high hopes. My sister had told me all about the wine bar, and I canceled another appointment to make one for a gel manicure, there. They were quite excited about their drink menu, and the place was clean. But, it seems they have forgotten why they are in business. They are not a bar. They are a nail salon. I looked for a gel color from the 2 or 3 brands they carry. Their inventory was incredibly low. I picked out 4 sample colors, only to find out that they had been out of them for months. They were on back-order they said. It is the only color I wear - because it matches everything I own. I have never gone to a salon that was missing any colors. I found my 5th choice, and they knew I was very disappointed. The manicure was fine. No better than any other I've had, and I sacrificed the color because I needed my nails done by the next day. Now, if it had been me that managed the salon, I would have knocked a little bit off the top of a disappointing manicure, at least. I have no reason to suggest that, as I did get the service. However, I don't believe I will make a point to go back, given that I can get the same manicure elsewhere, WITH the color I like. So, they will likely lose a customer for the lack of care that they showed a disappointed customer. (The DRINK was great, though that is not what I really, really came for). Oh, and the final straw?!? They suggested i try to find the nail polish at Ulta and bring it the next time I come. I stopped on my way home, and I picked up the color. This customer will never know why THEY didn't stop by Ulta, themselves, when they were out of the color for as many weeks as they were waiting for the backorder. All I know is - stock up on the nail polish before the bar. I can get a drink, anywhere, but I will be getting my next manicure elsewhere. read more

I went to M3V for the first time 2 weeks ago to get my acrylic nails filled. I had never been before and thought I would try it out since it was closer to my work. I had two broken nails. I know every nail salon charges a little extra for a broken nail, which I understand and expected, but an extra $7.50 PER broken nail was ridiculous. My total bill was over $65.00 all for just the fill and fixing to nails. They also charge you a fee to use a credit card, which only raised my bill to almost $70, not including tip. This price is extremely high for just a fill, at any other salon I have never paid over $45 at the most. It took over two hours for my nails to be done. After my experience, my nails did not look good at all. The polish was chipping immediately and my nails broke within a week. I needed another fill exactly a week later (and I usually can go up to 3 weeks without getting a fill). This business is a good idea, but could be run better. The prices are WAY to high and it should never take more then 40 minutes for a nail fill, let alone 2 hours. For the price I paid, the amount of time I spent there, and the quality of the service, I definitely will not be returning. read more
