I love Postino but this was my first and last time visiting this location. Was excited to bring my mom here for her first time too after talking so highly about Postino. Staff here acts like you're bothering them. If you don't want people to flag down a server to order food then a server needs to come around sooner than 20 minutes after dropping off waters. Place was also looking so dirty? literally everywhere. Like do you guys not check the booths and set them up in the mornings or even in between customers and see that they are coated in days worth of dust or grease. We showed up a few minutes before our reservation and had to wait a few minutes for a table to clear. People without reservations were told it was a 45-60 minute wait. I can't remember our servers name, but she was super friendly and bubbly. She helped us a lot with the menu. We went there for dinner, but decided it was more of a wine bar with food. Looking for a place to have a late lunch as we were walking the mall, we came across this place. Since it was happy hour, the place was packed and lively. There is outside patio seating and indoor there are two levels. We went upstairs and had the floor to ourselves initially. Greg was our server and he took good care of us. They are known for their bruschetta boards so my daughter tried a couple. She tried the brie, apple and fig spread, sweet and spicy pepper jam and goat cheese, mushroom and mascarpone and the French onion. They were all very tasty but my favorite was the brie, apple and fig spread board. Light and refreshing. I tried the chicken and a mozzarella panini and my husband tried the Italian beef panini. Since it was HH I indulged and had a glass of a tasty Sauvignon Blanc. My husband and I both agreed the panini's were just okay. The Italian beef panini was quite dry. They have a nice wine selection as well as other drinks offered. This is a chain as they have locations in the west as well as the south and a couple of other states. This was our first time and if I was to return, I would definitely do another set of bruschetta boards. Currently they are running a Battle of the Bruschetta until the end of July. They offer two new flavors each week. Parking is easy since it is an outside mall. I would love to sit outside in the fall or winter but no thank you in the summer. read more

As always postino does great with bruschetta and wine. Stopped in for happy hour and walked into the battle of bruschetta month. The new option was a Caesar salad bruschetta. Very good flavor and I hope it stays in the menu. We did the goat cheese and pepper jelly, pistachio, and tomato basil as well. I struggle to understand why there is no balsamic reduction on the tomato basil one. It's just bland and that would give it the glue to meld the flavors as well as add that pop it's missing. The food itself was okay. I always get the bruschetta boards and I've had better at other locations. We did not get any refills on our water. It was a slow wait for our food and had 3 different waiters serve us. Our last waiter ended up forgetting about us and said they would give us a free dessert for the trouble, but then never actually gave it to us. Servers were very friendly and attentive, the food came out pretty quick and we were very happy with our choices. Between three of us, we split a board, the chicken salad and the meatball appetizer. We had foccacia stack, tater tots, avocado smash, bloody Mary, peach Bellini, and wine. We ordered from our server and didn't really ever see her again. Two other people helped wait on us.
