We arrived about 15 min before Ma's opened. We walked the immaculate grounds while we waited. The property has a nice farm house feeling with black painted buildings, grass area to rest, some games, & picnic tables. There is a museum on the grounds with art for sale. Inside the restaurant is immaculate and clean. A long bar, tables and a large round table and booth which fit the 6 of us comfortably. I had the chick and waffles, yummy. My friends loved the fried green tomatoes and my fiancé enjoyed his hamburger and friends. All of shared some wings too. Did I mention Keisha, our server and her sidekick Derick were great!

In the area visiting HHI off season we fell into Ma's Porch for a late lunch as we just arrived to S.C. The property and surrounding buildings (all are spectacular)were just completed and are an ode to the Gullah Geechee people We started with the pimento cheese biscuits with a warm sweet potato butter. These are not the traditional biscuits you find in a TX breakfast place - that said I thought they were delicious! Hard surface crust, definite pimento flavor and a sizeable country portion Lunch for me was the fish and grits , fried Catfish with tons of grits. Loved the fish , perfect cook. Fish was hot , and still moist with a great crust . My wife had the chicken and waffles - fantastic. Several small chicken pieces (my only criticism) over waffles. Super crusty, moist chicken with enuff spice accompanied by a spicy hot honey (awesome)! Make sure you venture around the property and enjoy the varied open area seating or play corn hole.. great place to visit for lunch!

The hostess greeted us warmly upon arrival. We had reservations and were seated promptly once the rest of our party arrived. The team was also very accommodating to my friend's mobility needs, ensuring she didn't have to go up the stairs. Ma Daisy's Porch is beautiful! You can tell that there's great attention to details from the decor, landscaping furnishings etc. Our server Tee was very attentive and provided stellar customer service! She provided us with great recommendations and she was very enthusiastic throughout our experience! We had two appetizers: Biddies Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in Geechee sauce and the Crik Fries. The apps were so good! The wings were crispy and the house made sauce was great! Our server brought us some jerk ranch and it took it to another level. The fries were flavorful and tasty! The apps were honestly our favorite part of the meal. We ordered the following entrees : Da Biddie & Sweet Tata Batta 8 out of 10 Sweet Potato Waffle served with a crispy fried chicken wings with hot honey drizzle. My friends said that they couldn't taste the hot honey drizzle on the chicken but when they got a side of it the hot honey sauce it was a hit. Geechee Surf & Turf 7 out of 10 Smothered oxtails on a bed of creamy grits, topped with grilled shrimp and our crab butter gravy. It wasn't very flavorful but the grits were creamy. Shrimp & Grits 7 out of 10 Creamy grits, smothered and topped with shrimp stew and fried shrimp. My friend added a catfish and lamb chops. She reported that everything was lightly seasoned and not as flavorful as expected. We had a great experience overall! The service was warm and accommodating. The appetizers definitely stole the show, and I'd go back just for the Geechee wings and Crik fries!

Pretty place. Lots of open space. Had a bourbon and ginger at B's for $14.50. Very pricy for a simple well drink. I kinda choked, lol. But it's a nice little southern feel atmosphere. They were playing some laid back R&B outside on the speakers. I didn't have any food. Maybe some other time. I got the distinct impression that this venue caters specifically to the African American clientele but all are welcome.

The fish and grits lacked flavor, so we sent it back. The Alfredo was okay. However, the drinks and appetizers were the stars though not pictured, we got the Summer Splash and what was essentially a strawberry mojito. I would come back just for them. The oxtail rolls and crab fries were a hit; the only thing I would change is the cheese on the fries. The service was great and attentive. It was empty, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating; the ambiance was friendly and calm.

So excited to finally visit and literally spent the day here having brunch at Chef B's, shopping and conversing with the many vendors from art to jewelry. I also appreciated being able to sit in the yard and watch football on the large screens. I also grabbed some dessert from Backus bakery before leaving.

Ma Daisy's has such a cute ambiance! The staff was all very friendly! My husband ordered a burger and it was HUGE and delicious. Their shrimp & grits are very tasty too, with both fried and grilled shrimp, which is a nice change from other restaurants around! The drinks we consumed were delicious too! Will definitely be returning!

We can't remember the names of the drinks but they were amazing!

The food, service and ambiance 10/10!!! I have never eaten fried okra in my life and I now crave it! Our dinner was so delicious, we returned for breakfast the next day. We enjoyed the bakery as well! I've already recommended it to all of my friends and we've already planned a trip with family to return.

I could go on for hours with how great this food was! Reminded me of mommas home cooking, the environment was so fun and the staff was so kind! I can't wait to return and try something new; the drinks were amazing as well!

This place is amazing.. Our Server Keisha was exceptional and Kyla and Derek slide through to assist us as well.. The food was delicious.. Everything was HOT and fresh!! This place is a MUST try if you are ever in the area.. We will be back.. (we had the wings, biscuits, okra, fried shrimp and the Crik fries) Oh and the ambiance is very nice. The owner really paid attention to detail!

I saw this place on my FB feed and got really excited and decided to take a road trip with some of my family down from the Atlanta area. The exterior of the buildings is beautiful. The outdoors area is inviting and welcoming. The interior design is well put together down to the beautiful palm tree style fan lights going up the stairs. We went for brunch. The service was great for the most part, but there were some things that need improving. For starters we ordered the biscuits that are supposed to come with 3 different butters. When I ordered we were not told that they were out of 1of the butters. I had to ask about it and then I feel like they should've just offered a duplicate of one of the others to make up for the the one they were out of, but that never happened and then it took forever for a knife to spread the pimento cheese butter on which it really is not spreadable on the biscuit. We ordered the lemon drop flight and on the menu It says that it comes with 4 drinks and me and my cousin were going to split it and both have 2 and when it comes and only has 3 drinks and I had to ask about the fourth one and then was told that it was a mistake on the menu. They eventually made it right and brought us a fourth one, but it took forever and it's crazy how we weren't told that again in the beginning when we ordered it and I had to ask about it. I had the stuffed turkey leg with gumbo. I did not realize that their gumbo is a tomato paste based gumbo and no shade to the chef or anything but it just wasn't my favorite but no shade to him. Just my preference. Beautiful place but pricey for the experience we had.

What an amazing experience! The service was fantastic, was incredibly knowledgeable about the rich Geechee Gullah history so many fascinating stories during our visit to the cultural center. There's so much to see and explore here, including local spots and even a charming bakery and flea market. The food was absolutely phenomenal, a must-visit when in Bluffton!

I made reservations for Farm Bluffton with an outside table last year. who knew it was hot in July?…read moreMy sister in laws face was melting at the outside table so I had to adjust fire. 2026, I made a reservation inside with our own private table. The restaurant is very charming, it's giving off White Barn Inn Kennebunkport vibes. Once you're seated, you'll see why this is a popular Low Country restaurant. We're all given menus and what I noticed was a game changer. Farm is offering a three course tasting menu but the entire table has to participate. My wife was feeling under the weather so I grabbed the waiter to the side and said, we're all in with the tasting menu except my wife. Can you make an exception? Not a problem sir! The three course menu does not include the popular Farm corn bread. I placed an order before our tasting started. You're probably saying, what's so special about corn bread? Man... If lovin' you is wrong, I don't wanna be right. The corn bread was cooked in a skillet pan, the end result was a buttery, sweet treat. The sharable starters came to the table. Roasted May River Oysters, Beef Carpaccio and Burrata with shaved ham. The Roasted May River Oysters were my favorite bite of all these selections. The oysters were large and plumpy and the chef did not overcook the shell fish. Next, the waiter dropped off a huge bowl of Shrimp Rice along with a Heritage Pork Chop. This is what elevated southern cooking is all about, the pork chop was moist and had a wonderful taste. Another highly recommended dish. Dessert, I was starting to get really full but the Blueberry Olive Oil cake did not disappoint. There was a Toll House Hand Made Pie, also very good but I really full at this point of the meal. First time dining at Farm, it was a pleasure to dine here and I can't wait to return.

Let me start out by saying Yelp reviews are what led me to Farm. I was in town for the afternoon…read moreto check out Bluffton. What a quaint and charming town! Before leaving town, we decided to have dinner, and that is where Farm comes in. We decided to go with the recommendation of the staff up front and the waiter, choosing the Anthology menu for dinner. That selection was impossible to be disappointed with. The food is sourced locally, the taste is exceptional, and the service (shout-out to Justin) is outstanding. We just planned a return visit to Bluffton for May. This is what a low-country dining experience should be.
