Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

For what it included I think it's priced very well and my car looks and smells great! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable during the wait. Normally someone is the kiosk to assist with payments and as I was having trouble with the machine, out of the 3 people standing around, no one came to assist. As I pulled through, no one guided me in to align the wheels yet there was a girl sitting on her phone and the other guy just sitting next to the sign inside. The worker used the brush on the vehicles in front of me but when I pulled up, they did not use their brush to scrub the windshield or dead bugs on the front of our vehicle. Typically, I enjoy coming here due to the service and the quality that they offer, but most recently was the worst experience I have had for a premium car wash at Caliber. The service I received was not worth the value I paid for today's car wash.
