Through texting, we arranged a date and time. We arrived a little early, he met us, talked about what he would do and we left confident that it would be done and in a timely manner. ALL was done EXACTLY how he said it would be and when we received the call to come and get the car, the estimate was actually reduced. He did the paint repair and even buffed out the hood from the clear coat residue from my hack job at no extra cost. Luckily I found this company on yelp, Greg helped me very much. He squeezed me in and got the dent out at a reasonable price. Thank goodness I didn't have to put a claim in at the car rental company, that would have been a nightmare. It was a bad dent in a few different places. I also heard that the rental companies can charge you for "lost time" while they repair the rental.
