I let them know we were trying to sell the conference room table, so their quote should include both possible scopes of work--one that included them taking the conference room table and one that didn't. They provided the quote including the conference table. By the time we got their quote, we were able to sell the table. I promptly replied to their proposal, letting them know the table sold and we needed the alternative proposal (without the conference room table). They did not reply. They also did not return my multiple phone calls or subsequent emails. They completely ghosted us. Their conduct was incredibly unprofessional. They wasted our time, and given our lease-end deadline (which I apprised them of on multiple occasion), left us scrambling at the last minute to find another option. Do not count of these people if you are trying to donate your furniture.

After purchasing the vacuum, he registered it for me, while another salesperson unboxed and put together the new vacuum, and even carried it out to my car.
