This year, my wife and I were blessed with twins. This also means our expenses caring for a little own are multiplied. While facing a financial hardship, our furnace started leaking dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and we needed a replacement. We couldn't afford the cost of a new own and care for our babies equally. With temperatures on the decline, it was imperative that we replaced it as soon as possible. When Tyler Air Conditioning heard our story, they offered to help. During an extremely difficult and stressful time, they offered to donate their time to help offset the cost of a new furnace. Within a few weeks, a new boiler was installed. We now have heat at night, our babies are thriving, and we are living with less stress. The entire staff on board truly amazing people. They were all willing to help a local family in need and I will always support them. I want to especially thank Donny, Vinny, Fred, and Jennifer for going above and beyond. Time of arrival was between 8-10 a.m. At 10:20 I called the office, someone was supposed to call me and reschedule because the tech was tied up. If I had not called, I would be waiting all day for someone to show up. I just had a recent issue, that the water heater they installed a few years ago, blew out. It was a Thursday, the unit was under warranty, plus I am on a $900 a year maintenance contract that gets me two annual heat-pump unit and water heater unit check-ups. They didn't relace the warranty hot water heater unit until the following Monday (4 days no hot water), plus charged me over $3600 in labor to install the unit.
