I walked into Sephora today, after driving 45 minutes to get here. I had an exchange I needed to…read moremake, and found the shade I needed. I stood at the register for 5-10 minutes while being ignored by the gentleman who was speaking with a woman. He did not acknowledge me waiting there, and then they walked away. I walked over to see if there were any other employees that could help me. A woman employee was helping a customer. After standing there for another 5 minutes she finally acknowledged me and told me she'll be with me in a minute. After waiting about 20-25 minutes with barely any acknowledgement, she proceeded to tell me that I wasn't able to do the exchange. I had my online receipt from the order placed, order number, and the same card I used for purchasing the product. I told her I have been able to do returns and exchanges at this location and therefore I drive 45 minutes to get here. She told me she wouldn't do the return. This has been a big waste of my time, and I don't appreciate the lack of respect given to me as a paying customer and a rouge member of Sephora.

When my friend finished, we walked out, made it to the car then I turned around and went back in for a treatment of my own. That decision was 100% because of how kind, honest, and genuine everyone was. How could I go anywhere else? The treatment itself went just as smoothly as the conversation. I commented in tears that my husband had not been there in person, but was supporting me via phone! I was horrified. He ran out of the room. He got a needle and fixed his mistake immediately!
