A"fun" way to find things you can actually use. I generally purchase low cost items. that way if it is a dud I am not out a lot of money. on a whole I have been pretty lucky with my purchases. this Beaver Falls location has a great parking lot and it is easy to get in and out quickly. Employees are usually accommodating. read more

So PISSED!!! I bid and won an attic ladder. Pictures from website were attic ladder pictures. Got it home and opened it.... NOT a ladder or any pieces of attic ladder in site!!! I now have purchased an accent bench which is not even worth close to what I paid for the ladder. Read the description of "Open Box" before you purchase anything. Items can be "Like New", "Open Box", or "Damaged". The vast majority of are "Open Box" which means it might be great, damaged, missing pieces, horribly used, etc. Most of the 200+ items we've bought were good. About 10% of the Open Box items were broken. When I've found this before I left the warehouse and show them that it wasn't broken in the picture, they've taken it back. Once you've left with it, it's yours. Being a paying member allows a limited number of returns. Today we bought a large pressure cooker (Open Box) and got it home to find that it was completely blown out (the bottom was even bowed out) and still had burnt items in it. They obviously didn't look at it. We tried to return it but no luck. Afterwards a DEA agent we know saw the pictures we took and told us that it had been used to cook meth. The residue was still dangerous. For the safety of their staff we called and warned them (we left it there). Had they properly looked at it they would not have exposed us to a biohazard. read more

I highly recommend avoiding this place. All the money you thought you were saving ends up costing you due to the predatory nature of the business. If you buy a large item, it's worth premium just so you can return it when it ends up being inadequate. If you do use this flea market, please make sure you aren't bidding on anything open box unless you physically inspected its contents. But do not be fooled as many like new items people bought to replace an accessory or battery and returned it looking nice. Don't be fooled by some posts saying "damaged" or "missing battery" 90% of the items I've purchased here (over 50) Were missing crucial items and were not labeled or like new. read more

Too many of their small appliances they sell were probably returned because they don't work.

**False Advertiesment** I inspected and then bid on an item at the auction. The box appeared to be in good shape hardly any damage. I won the item and then picked it up to open the box, (Lot and ID tag matched the auction site) to get a product that was completely wrong from the pictures and description the auction had posted... pictures to follow. I hope this gets resolved and I can change this review in the future, working on contacting Mac about the options I have with this "illegal" false advertisement problem. read more

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Today I bought what was advertised as a sprinkler on a tri-pod. The box contained the tri-pod but there was no sprinkler. I purchased two pallets and received a manifest. There were items missing that were on the manifest were not in my pallets. I was told that I should have checked it out before I left. However, when you have a pallet with over 1000 items thrown into a box, that is an unrealistic expectation. I contacted customer support and received an email back, not pertaining to my inquiry. And all I have requested was the items that were on my manifest.which they refuse to give me. read more

I have won 2 items from here. Neither of them were even close to what the description, picture, or link to item on Amazon showed. Fortunately, I was refunded in both instances but they definitely partake in false advertising and pretty much bait and switch practices. While this auction site does sell incomplete, opened box, and/or used items, I have found that it states this on their app. Each item states if it's damaged, used, or open box. They encourage going to look at items before bidding. And if you don't have time to do that, you can pay to be able to return your items in 5 business days. I have bought 3 items. One had an issue but I had payed for the ability to return it and had zero problems returning. I have been to two of the pick up locations and all employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. read more

So, This auctioneer website uses an app for bidding and it touts sometimes name brand merchandise as like new or open box merchandise that you would think are completely serviceable. Buyer beware! The warehouse where they store this material contains nothing but boxed and re-boxed merchandise that looks like they went through a gauntlet of abuse before going to auction. The vast majority of merchandise that I purchased through bidding was either damaged, missing or not what they advertised it as online. In my opinion, the place is run by amateurs in a sweatshop like auctioneer atmosphere where they try to get the junk out the door while trying to fleece you with fees for anything you can think of under the sun.
