    Very sharp and well made.

Very nice. Helped me out with selecting the knives that I needed. Warranty is perfect. Would highly recommend Mac knives!

Mac knives are the best. Had these for several years and still very very sharp.

I like knives! Don't get me wrong, I am no Dexter Morgan! I like to cook and therefore I demand quality kitchen tools. I used to opt for the Shun knives until I was introduced to the Mac Knife. I could tell the difference immediately. The Mac knife was easier to handle and cuts through everything with ease. The quality is second to none. I have them sharpened by a professional and he always comments on how he likes these knives. I have purchased Mac Knives for friends and family and they too feel it is the best knife they ever used. Hell, even Thomas Keller from the famous French Laundry uses the Mac Knife. Go ahead, free your inner Dexter Morgan and purchase a Mac Knife. Once you have Mac, you will never go back. Dice, dice, cut, cut, 5 star, I'm out!

I was a line cook in a former life and these were the first higher end knives I purchased. I own three knives from the Professional Series 9.5" Chef's knife 6" Utility knife 3.25" Paring knife These knives take a hold an edge very well and are well balanced. I have bought quite few knives since then, but the MAC Chef's knife will always be one of my workhorses. I visited this place a few times, make sure you call ahead so they know when to expect you. There is also not a huge sign saying, "MAC Knife" so you might drive right by the place. They have all their knives on display and you can "test drive" the knives. Well, I do not know if they'll actually let you cut something, but it is hold them to see how they feel.

My experiences have always been positive. Located in the beautiful Pavilions Shopping area, Williams-Sonoma is a fun place to wander around and look at all the fun and interesting merchandise. Especially during any holiday season. Which is why I was there recently. Thanksgiving and Christmas table decorations were on full display. Beautiful dishes, candles, and all the accessories that make for a stand out setting with which to serve your family and guests in style. Along with the seasonal inventory, the usual suspects are always there too. Every type of high end coffee and espresso machine you did not know you need. Mixers, kitchen cooking pots, linens... the items are endless. Let us not forget the seasonal food items. Peppermint bark!!! Yum. I ended up buying the cutest snoopy coffee or tea cup as a gift. I also had my eye on a Nepresso electric frother. Santa... are you reading!?! Everything is laid out in an organized manner. Like things all together. Good lighting. No complaints. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Customer service has always been first rate in all my visits. As it was that day. BTW: W/S will be moving from its long time current location to the front entrance of the Pavilions where Talbots used to be. Looking forward to that. Speaking of online ordering on the website... I have never had an issue. Every Christmas I online order their fabulous croissants as gifts. They are killer and people go crazy over them. They are delivered on dry ice. Bake them and serve hot. Soooo good! Try them. You will not be disappointed. Holiday items are in full swing right now at Williams-Sonoma. Come take a look. Cheers!

I've always loved Williams Sonoma and have purchased many small appliances there over the years --…read moreBreville Touch, Breville Smart Oven, Le Creuset, and more. My husband and I visited the store today specifically looking for the Aarke electric kettle. While we didn't immediately find it, we spent time walking around the store. There were five employees working and only one other customer. Despite this, not a single employee acknowledged us or offered assistance. One employee stocking utensils even nearly hit us with a cart without saying anything. As we were leaving, I told my husband we'd be purchasing the kettle directly from the manufacturer instead -- and he knew exactly why. Only after I said out loud, "not a single person," did an employee finally ask if we needed help. At that point, we declined and left. Disappointing experience from a store I've otherwise been loyal to for years. Customer service is what sets in-store shopping apart from online, and unfortunately, that was completely missing today and will be the reason I won't be shopping here anymore.
