Anyone who tries to hire contractors knows how hard it is to get someone to call you back, but to have them come the next day is unheard of! Jeff is a standup guy who stands by his work and within 2 weeks it was fixed. (It only took that long because it's January and we had to wait for a break in the weather.) I needed a new chimney cover on my home. The old one was made of metal and was starting to rust…read more It had been caulked but would be starting to leak soon if not replaced. There are very few companies in the area that rebuild chimney covers. Runyon came out to provide an estimate quickly, and was able to get materials and fix the chimney cover quickly as well. The new one has a drip edge and rubber top and is sided on the side. It is a quality product that looks like it will last a very long time! The most impressive thing though was the professionalism and thoroughness of their crew. The person who came out to do the work was careful not to disturb the neighbor's yard (as my chimney is in her courtyard). They cleaned up everything. And inspected the entire roof while they were here. Any minor issues with nails and caulk or sealant were taken care of -- unfortunately many do not realize that a roof needs regular maintenance for these things -- especially in NE Ohio. They were polite and thorough and it was just an overall GREAT company to work with!
