Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

I thought this was too good to be true but it's not and they were a pleasure to do business with and only cost us our deductible. #2 Jeremy and Blake were the absolute best to work with. Not only did they get all of this done for us but through this we have formed friendships. Disclaimer: I cannot stand contractors. I have never been happy with any job I've ever contracted. My husband and I do all of our repairs/projects ourselves. These guys have changed my perspective on this field. There are good contractors out there and these are 2 of them. #3 The company was flexible with us. When we asked about timing this so that we could replace our own windows, they worked with us. When we asked to keep the aluminum, they said "sure", when we asked for help with new gutters, they helped. When we asked about new soffiting, faux brick and ledges along with new aluminum over the front entry, they made it all happen for us. #4 Sometimes in this male dominated field women aren't heard or respected. You know what I'm talking about, most contractors would like the husband to sign the contract, make the decisions and check on the quality of work. Not with this company. I was not only respected but encouraged to run with this project. I really felt supported. & their VP is female! #5 Their labor force was amazing. They were brought in from Wisconsin. They showed up every morning at 7pm and worked late. Attention to detail was the priority! They were just as excited as I was to see this transformation happen. Things I hadn't even thought of they consulted me on and asked exactly where I wanted things. Any other company would have just secured things and I wouldn't have realized I had a choice. A couple of the guys brought their wives and we all just really hit it off, it was actually sad to see them go. Everyone got a round of sweaty hugs on their last day. #6 Jeremy held my hand through the insurance claim. I have only ever had one other claim and it was for lost jewelry so this was really unchartered territory for me. He made it a seamless process. He was here when the adjuster came and before she could even request items he had them prepared and was handing them to her before she finished the sentence. I was blown away! #7 The materials are all made locally. The materials come out of Columbus from Richards Building Supply and the Vinyl siding is from Royal also made in Columbus. Jeremy told me they used a higher grade of Vinyl but I figured he just was saying that. Well they did! It was high quality and even grandpa came over and approved it while saying he wished he had this siding. #8 Just look at our house it is AMAZING!!! What an improvement to our neighborhood and our property value. It's so great I am slightly concerned the county might think so too and raise my taxes, not joking. & they aren't just working on my house they are improving my entire development. It does seem too good to be true but it's not and we are so THANKFUL!
