Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!

BOTTOM LINE (if possible, I would rate it with negative stars):…read more EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! BACKGROUND: I worked at a car wash for 5 years detailing and providing customers quality care for their vehicles. So, I can tell you if a car wash is good or not. This one is the WORST I have ever been to. BUSINESS (negative stars): I paid for one of their top packages so you would think my brand new, hardly dirty car would come out sparkling clean. This was NOT the case. I am certain that they do not use enough detergent in their wash. In all fairness, they could have ran out of detergent before I got there, but even if that was the case, they are cheating the customer. How can I be certain that they don't use enough detergent? First, since I used to work at a touchless automatic car wash with a detail shop, I know the level of detergent is season dependent. (Granted, summer months need about half the amount of detergent as winter months with road salt, there still needs to be enough detergent to remove acid rain marks.) At the car wash I worked for, we constantly inspected the vehicles as they came out of the wash to be sure they were coming out clean and we adjusted the detergent accordingly. Second, my car is brand new and it was coated with the LuxCare protective package just a few weeks before. LuxCare is essentially a teflon coating for a car, meaning nothing should stick to it. Even bugs are easy to remove with this protective coating. So, the fact that my car is coated with non-stick teflon and the fact that it wasn't that dirty, my car SHOULD have come out spotless, (even with a touchless automatic). I entered the car wash with spotted rain marks on my car and exited the car wash with the same spotted rain marks. Unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating. The only difference was that the car was wet. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! PRICE (1 star): I used the automatic bay. I hate that they up-charge you for things that I believe should be included in a standard car wash, such as the undercarriage flush and the dryer. RECOMMENDATION: AVOID THIS CAR WASH! I try to take care of my car as best as I can so keeping acid rain and road salt off the paint is important to me. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will go back to either hand-washing my car or I will take it to Royal Car Wash up the road since I've had great service from them... AND, my car came out clean - inside and out.

Takes credit cards for all bays and can use quarters too. Nice wands. Nice do it yourself. Road ranger next door for gasoline, and oil change there too. Get we all done in one area.
