We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!

Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.
