Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.

We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. Woman cleaning and drying was on her phone (earplug) till the end not terrible but she FORGOT to clean the back seats. 3. Reminded her and she said sorry and went back to clean the rear. But, sadly didn't wipe either seat or trim down. Only cleaned the windows. 4. Broke a safety latch in the back seat and placed it in the compartment for me to find. 5. Did not wipe down the few spill drips from my coffee, that had ran a little down the console and those were left. Very noticeable against my black interior. Overall....... It stunk for the money I paid and tip for the Ultimate. Long time till I'll ever consider going again. The wash on Perryville by OCB, restaurant is very good. AND, they are friendly and smile. Sorry, but this is my very honest opinion. Sure there are cameras where they can see her talking and missing the rear seat section. Thank you.

I figured I would try this place, since it is my go-to for car washes and details. The manager said they didn't have it in stock but if I could find one they would put it in for free. I was able to find one from advanced auto parts and drove up there expected to wait. The manager (maybe owner) remembered me right away, had me pull in and put it in himself. I am incredibly impressed with the service. They also do a great job with car washes. Inside the building you can watch your car go through the wash. My son loves it because they have water guns you can squirt the cars going through. At the end they do a good job drying and wiping everything. Just remember that if you want your trunk vacuumed it is like $3 extra. they also do awesome carpet washing with a machine for really cheap. If you go on weekdays and early they have early bird discount.

It made me uncomfortable since it is a pandemic and he didn't seemed pleased. He proceeded to ask my husband if he needed any quarters and he said no. The guy was really rude and you could tell was displeased with us being there. Instead of coming back to vacuum we just went up to the free place on riverside.
