Came here to get my car looking good to sell soon. Got the top tier wash which was $22, and vacuumed the heck out of my car afterwards. Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12. read more

Marketing genius.... The first week they opened they gave away free $15 car washes. And than it goes down hill from there. I went after the grand opening week and got the $6 wash. It was good and the vacuums were high powered, though it was cold out so I didn't do a great job. I out my mats in the mat cleaner expecting water to clean it but it was just a dry vacuum. Same thing I could have done with vacuum in half the time. The next time I came with my husbands car. He had a bike rack attached to the back (with no bikes) and they wouldn't let us through. The rack has been through every car wash in Rockford with no problem. It is bolted to the car. This is where it gets good... Since we already paid they had to issue a refund on our card. The manager took my husbands business card and went into the office. It took us almost 10 minutes to back out of the car wash lane and still no manager to be seen. I went into the office to find out he just started working on the refund. He couldn't figure out how to refund a credit card, kept saying something about the car behind us needing to go over the sensor.... What?!?! You mean we have to wait for this whole line of cars to clear to give us a refund? What does that have to do with anything. Finally he just gave us cash and we were on our merry way. read more

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had signed up for the FASTPASS $22 package and got it for .99 for the first month which I thought was cool. When the next month came around for the payment of $22, they were attempting to take $36 from my account. So I spoke with a Assistant manager (Chris) about the situation at the East State facility where I originally registered at and he attempted to cancel it for me as I requested and it wouldn't allow him to for some reason and he had to consult with his site manager and get back to me. No one never contacted me back after a few days and in the mean time, attempts were still being made to pull this $36 dollars on several acassions and everytime it happens i get charged an NSF fee of $25. Because of there number of attempts my account is in an negative $109 and my bank has suspended my account pending investigation. I went to this car wash on Friday 13th of July with my brand new Mini Cooper 2010 that I had just got not even two weeks before. There was never a scratch on it before and never had any issues with it. The previous owner didn't even drive it. I went through this car wash with a friend who I always hang out with. When I came out of the wash to vacuum my car out with my friend, I noticed some scratches on my roof and mirrors. Filed a report. Didn't hear until today saying it wasn't their machines. Like I said never had a scratch on it up until after the wash. My friend is taller than me and he notice it right away. Not very happy at all.. I expected more than this. read more

I am hesitant about any company that does not have a website. Do you typically need a website for a car wash? No, but a website gives contact information in case a customer needs to speak with them. I have gone here several times, it's a decent car wash. But today I was charged for my wash, plus there was a second $20 charge for another wash. I won't be near there for over two weeks, so I should be able to contact someone at the corporate level with a quick e-mail, and get my $20. There was a couple bees at my trash can and I was scared to grab the vacuum, Kris came over and vacuumed my car for me! Very close to home , affordable and free vacuums!! Usually come here for quick car washes. Only down side is the pet wash, I took my dog Ozzy for a wash and water was very cold!! Equipment doesn't have options on H/C water and the soap options suck , it won't even sud up on fur, and the "dryer" isn't warm its just straight cold air. Plus no lights inside pet wash room ! The screen and card readers already don't work sometimes. Couldn't read my card once, and didn't respond on parts of the screen nessecary to enter the rain code the 2nd time.. This has happened to me twice. If there were cars behind me, then what? There isn't even a button to press to call for help or drive forward without paying to drive out of the line exit by the entrance. I know my car washes since I insist on having a clean car all the time. This is the best. It does a thorough job plus with the high powered dryers you don't have four or five workers scraping their zipper jackets and belt buckles on the car as they dry it like nearby Super Suds. I paid $15 for a wash because my car needed a deep clean. It had some bug splat on the windshield and tires were dirty. Going through, the wash was only 1 1/2 minute long. It went very fast. I was not very thrilled at the end when my car was being heat blasted and I could still see bugs everywhere! Can't wait to take my car to the $2 self wash on mulford and just do it myself. I could buy 3 automatic washes there and its much better. Only plus was free vacuums after. Total rip off. read more

Went today for the 5th time because I like this car wash and it does a good job for 6 bucks. But, something happened that really ticked me off. When you go through any of these automatic car washes where you stay in your car, put it in neutral, and the rollers pull you along, it's imperative that all the drivers do this and do not brake! Well, the not so bright driver ahead of me decided to apply his brakes, causing a chain reaction of cars running into each other until the workers stopped the line! I later inspected for damage and found none, but I sure didn't like playing bumper cars in a car wash! The workers need to pay closer attention to the cars going through and as soon as one hesitates or his brake lights come on, stop the line! Please! read more

I went in Sunday afternoon around 4pm. I put $15 cash in and did not receive a receipt for the 5 day rain guarantee. I tried to print one but nothing came out. I pull around looking for a sign that tells me what to do in this instance and there was nothing visible. as I pull into the bay there is one guy standing there waving me in, I try to get his attention but he was too focused on the next car. I go through the wash and pull to the office to get my receipt. Now this is how my interaction went with the rudest employee I have ever encountered. Me: I never received a receipt. Employee: Nothing I can do for you( doesn't even care to ask which stall is out of receipt paper) Me: Seriously, I just paid $15 bucks for my wash and you are refusing to provide my receipt? Employee: I can't see what you paid or if you even got a car wash (while standing in front of 20 security cameras) Me: Can't you check the camera? Employee: You need to tell me before you go through the wash Me: You don't have any signs that say that, why are you treating me like im an asshole? Employee: Nothing I can do for you, goodbye Me: I will call your manager then Employee:whatever you want to do, you wont get a receipt Me: (middle finger extended) F**K YOU B***H! I would normally not result to childish outbursts but this arrogant, rude, and completely useless employee deserved it and more. If you have policy then post it visibly.
