This is the best sushi I have had on Long Island. I went with a Groupon to try it for the first time and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the service was fairly quick. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I don't eat sashimi so I can't comment on that but the rolls were all freshly made, presentation was nice, ambiance was nice. I had groupon for this place and good thing I got it and gave it a try! This place had great customer service and good quality sushi. I also tried their hibachi noodles and they were delicious!!! So far I'm giving this place a 5 star because the food was great and customer service was also great! And prices were fair, I'd say same as any other sushi place. I've tried so many sushi places and I have to say this ones definitely one I'm going back with my family. My family loved it as well. I definitely recommend this place. Ordered delivery from this restaurant. First they messed up the sushi order and sent the wrong rolls. I told them my order twice over the phone and they still sent the wrong rolls The quality of fish used was not a high quality as other places in the area. Went here with my friend for a girls night and got two drinks. However, the drinks were full of alcohol and tasted disgusting. When we told the waitress we didn't want them and wanted them off of our bill she acted confused and got the manager who also seemed confused. They kept saying that I was a "one time thing" and neither of us understood what that meant. But we didn't want a problem and said we would switch the drinks for a dessert. I ordered from grub hub out of pure convenience one night when I was craving sushi and being lazy to go out. Never had sushi delivery before and was completely impressed. The food that was supposed to be hot was hot and they came the exact time they said they would. The food was fresh and the rolls delicious. I love Japanese food, but this place is Chinese sushi restaurant. Food was pretty much disappointing. Rice on sushi rolls had no taste and wasn't spiced at all, they offered happy hours sake that tested like warm sugar water. I will avoid this place next time. read more

This is my favorite place. Pleasant staff, fast service and delicious food. This is me and boyfriend's regular place to go too and I wish more people would go too! They don't know what they are missing! And how can't I forget the drinks! The Long Island iced tea is our favorite and it made perfect always! The only thing I would want them to change is the music. They play the same tracks over and over again and it's very depressing so maybe please try and make the music a little medium tempo so you can keep the guests keep coming in:) read more

I have never dined in so I can't comment on that, but takeout has always been accurate with the estimated delivery time and there hasn't ever been any mistakes with our orders. Very Good to Excellent! We went friday 03/10 around 8pm, not crowded so I don't know how our experience would have been had it been packed. We didn't have any questions about the menu. We shared the crispy calamari app which was excellent. I had 3 different specialty rolls, the wife had sushi, all excellent! My son had the filet mignon hibachi which he loved - I enjoyed the left over that he couldn't finish - no doggy bag for us. Just to make it clear, this is NOT a typical hibachi restaurant that has recently become so popular. His dinner was not made in front of us, nor do they have that type of chefs. The wait staff was great but then again we did have 2 waitresses constantly checking on us which maybe a little too much if you are trying to have a romantic night with your date. This was probably because they weren't busy. We ended with the three of us sharing or should I say ATTACKING the fried cheese cake. We should have each order one!!! We will next time. I will close by saying that Benten in Miller place is still our favorite but it's great to have a back up closer to home. read more

I am a fan! I loved the Tempura with the lobster salad on top, the Eel roll with avocado the shrimp tempura too. Did not like the sweetness of the fresh crab roll or the roll with the salad it needs improvement. The fried cheesecake did not taste like the authentic Japanese one I had before but more like regular NY style cheesecake and fried. So I give that an eh.. over all not bad. Ordered food to be delivered and it says $15 minimum on the menu (nothing about a delivery fee) but be aware that there's a $3 delivery fee on top of the $15 minimum. The sushi is already overpriced for what it is then on top of that, they charge $1 for a tiny side of spicy mayo that most places either give for free or for no more than 50 cents. Dining in was ok, food ok, service good, toilet wish to be neater and cleaner but ok. The home delivery was horrible and I was discriminated. Called at 3:34pm, representative told they they are on lunch, call at 4 and hang up. Patiently waited, called at 4:04pm girl Madi was still very rude, would not allow to finish sentence told me that food will be delivered in 45 minutes. I had md appointment food was running late, I was hungry. Called to find out, girl did not even say "sorry, let me find out", was annoyed, rude, placed me on hold and I heard her taking another order. I asked for a manager, was told there was no manager. Sushi finally came warm, was under hot soup),I payed, felt bad for a delivery guy. (I wonder what DOH has to say about it). On their website could not leave review, called another number. Madi was yelling manager while I was on the phone what happened in her language mentioning my address. It got even "better"! Manager Jack did not want to listen what happened, was interrupting just like Madi and TOLD ME WITH HIS ASIAN ACCENT that I SHOULD SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH ( I do have Russian accent, I passed RN exam in English and got all the A's in college when took English, I am a citizen and in USA since 2004).
