Everything came out as they were ready, and I must say, the salmon teriyaki and hamachi kama were cooked to perfection. They had a wonderful seasoned crust, and were very tender inside, cooked just right. We liked getting takeout from here, but now we love dining in as well. The undercooked tempura actually slipped right off of the oyster as I took a bite, it left me with 3 naked gooey oysters to be eaten on their own. The baby Bok Choy was Delicious!! Chopped nicely in a decadent garlic sauce. We ordered one avocado roll to see if we'd be ordering entrees. The roll was so small the decorative flower was the main attraction on the plate and the mysterious green gelatinous globs that covered the roll left us wondering what roll did we order. Not sure why we had such a disappointing meal when there are quite a few excellent reviews. We thought going in early on a Saturday before the evening rush, would guarantee us the freshest and most appetizing experience but we were very wrong.
