The car wash machine is broken. You can not put your code at the machine. A grandmother seemed to manually pull levers inside the car wash tunnel drive-thru. I slowly drove through the dryer vents which were not moving. Still, I had to towel dry much ore than ever at any other drive-thru. I went to speak to the attendants inside when I was done and told the cashier- a man. I told him that I've just had the worst car wash result ever. I explained that I had to dry the car myself. The grandma started to yell back at me that ai did not listen to her. At that a 60 ish year old woman started to say rhat she would refund me, but the grandma said something. They all started yelling and I told them to stop yelling. I told them that this was the worst experience. Therefore, the other woman said that she would drive her car through and that if it was not dry she would return my money. A young woman from behind the counter told me that she would call the police. I told her to go ahead. I had not done anything other than expressed my displeasure with their business.
