I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

Detailing my car here was a game changer for my family, and I'm forever grateful that such a…read morebusiness exists with earnest, hard working people who seem to really love and care about what they do. I neglected my car for so long, especially after my baby was born. Dog hair, dog stains, etc. It was terrible. Yes, lack of time to take on such a massive cleaning was an issue. But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. So I did my research and found Endless Summer Mobile Detailing, to revive my neglected second car. They were so accommodating with my schedule, and so communicative with where to meet up. The way they talked about the tools that they used to clean my car, the way they worked together as a family, it was all so beautiful to watch. It's really rare to find a business like this. I wish I had "before" photos to show the satisfying before/after photo, but here are the after photos. Not a single dog hair left behind. Not even in the cracks or in between the seats. The car is good as new and it is very much used by my family daily now. Thank you!
