Was in the area so decided to get my car washed. Worse self car wash I've ever been to for $27 including tip. The car washes attached to gas stations for $10 do a better job. The machine that washes the car in the tunnel barely even move. So the car still had bird droppings on the hood after the car wash. read more

Came to get a car wash and they never disappoint. They machine wash your car and then hand detail after. I like that they do such a good job in drying the car. They have different wash options. They have a price for every customer. I payed $36 bucks for interior and exterior basic wash. Plus you get an exterior wash within 5 days of your original wash. I didn't think it was that bad. This carwash is so inconsistent and the worst ever. They have too many chiefs with not enough Indians, thus, there isn't any integrity & respect to the customers and that it's long overdue. Their carwash services is below standard, and there is no consistent quality of detail, one day they miss the cleaning the rims and putting deodorant in the canin, another day they don't vacuum the cars satisfactory, etc. There supervision team have no privacy to discuss encountered issues and instead rather argue and are disrespectful when customers dress concerns. I bring five vehicles to this carwash, however, today I canceled three membership, two for monthly carwash, and the third one for oil change that I will not renew anymore. Looking to visit a car wash twice in one week? This is the spot. They offer a free follow-up visit, and after paying $54.99 to get a more thorough wash, I know why. The workers at the beginning are friendly, making genuine attempts to upsell you. After my car was washed, less than 10 minutes was spent wiping the interior and exterior. The upsell, that extra cost, featured an interior wipe down and the use of a vinyl cleaner. I recommend saving your money and doing it yourself. Or, like I mentioned in the beginning, taking their offer for a second wash within 7 days. But this place forces you to be 'that person'-give your car an inspection and point out the missed spots. Several in my case. As you can tell, I was dissatisfied. Having to come back for another car wash is not something I want to spend my time doing. Why not do it well the first time?? Also, not ideal that they put my keys on top of the car tire, that had just rolled over dirty water, and are covered in all kinds of dirt/germs that will now be transfered to my hands. fortunately, I carry disinfectant wipes on me. I had to come back today to this car wash, in San Fernando, CA and the only reason I did was because I still had washes in the yellow card. But the service was horrible. The guy sprayed my drinks with windex when I was about to leave. I stayed approximately like 10 minutes cleaning the inside of my truck because he didn't clean it at all. The rims are dirty. Inside was all dusty. I told the manager and he didn't care. After all the guy still had the nerve to knock on my window and ask me for his tip because he saw I was holding a $10 bill on my hand for whoever had to clean it and dry it but after he sprayed my drinks and was so lazy to even take 5 minutes to clean my truck inside I kept the tip. And the manager saw me cleaning my truck and didn't say anything. Horrible. Please go somewhere else. You don't need to go thru this! read more

I went in to get an oil change and car wash. The oil change was fine but the car wash they USED to give was complete car wash with oil change for free. They used to treat you like regular car wash customer after the oil change and an attendant would vacuum your car, take it through the wash and clean the inside and out of the car. Now its a do it yourself where you stay in the car including driving through the wash and no vacuum or cleaning the interior of the car. I had to take my car to a do it yourself car wash just to vacuum and clean the windows inside and out because they left many streaks. Im very disappointed of what used to be "Mission Car Wash". If im paying $100 plus for an oil change and they advertise a A COMPLETE CAR WASH, I expect one!!! Last time I got there for any service! read more

Perhaps if they put more time into thier services then trying to upsell they wouldn't have 2 stars on Yelp. The service was rushed and the end result was bad. I could see if it was busy, or short staffed but it wasn't. I certainly did not get anywhere near my moneys worth at $40 for a basic wash. I know it's small but they couldn't even put the floor mats back in properly. water spots left in the car and outside of the car still dirty. I take pride in my work but listen if you want to give shitty service that is literally your business. I will not be giving this place another chance, I'll be taking my free car wash within a week, to finish the job the one I paid for didn't do, and that's all I got. What a terrible place, it has been going down hill. I have 4 vehicles and have taken them here for washed and oil changes due to convenience since I travel for work. I recently took my son's car in just because I was on a limited time. After my oil change they do a basic wash, I had to pick up my daughter because my wife had to stay late so I asked if I could come back and get the was since I was 5 minutes away. They said no and said the system was down, I politely explained that I will literally be back in 5 minutes. They still said no and I told them it's okay and a long term customer who has been here many times will no longer be back. What i consider a basic car wash is now $45. I asked to get cash back when I paid to tip and they said that I couldn't because the machine was broken and had been broken. I have a love hate relationship with this place. There's time where the guys do a great job and clean my car very nicely. Then there's times where they leave my car to dry in the sun and there's water spots all over it.. As an owner of a black car, it sucks. They put your key on the wheel which (maybe I'm being too sensitive to this, I can understand that) is gross and unsanitary. My wheels and my hands don't need to be touching the same things. The funny thing is that when people review them with 5 stars, they reply. When they give them bad reviews, they don't own up to their faults. I have the unlimited monthly wash package. I would say this is pretty good for the price if you need basic vacuum and a wash. They vacuum run it thru the wash , hand dry it and air freshener. Depending on how busy they are 20-40. They only downside I would say is they always try and sell you on add on services when you check in but I get it they try and make more money. Another Amazing oil change service, second time here and everyone was quick and efficient. They were able to provide a quick scan of all my tires to ensure pressure was in good condition. They even checked my air filter which unfortunately wasn't in stock to provide a change there but they recommended I'd change it yearly. With my Rover the engine parts are mostly bolted and covered so although it's a simple change just the extra labor my car requires it's better for them to handle it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this car wash. I normally just use the drive thru places for a quick wash but Thursday I needed the interior cleaned so I brought it here. Guy upsold me on an interior detail of the dash and doors for $70 all in. OK, I haven't had the car cleaned well in a while so I do it. All they did was apply amoral over the dust so now there is a shiny layer of dust and amoral on the dash. Same with the doors. They didn't even bother to apply amoral to the layer of dust at the edge of the dash and the windshield making it very obvious. My car is an SUV so you can still see the bristles marks from the last time I took it to the drive thru place. License place was still dirty in front and back. I have the membership so I go at least 4 times a month. I have complained about how they dry and clean the inside of the car. From what I have been told it comes from management just to do a quick wipe inside the interior. Sometimes they are understaff and the cars just sit there for 10-15 minutes and when they deliver the car it has a bunch a water spots and they failed to clean. read more
