I pay $20 for the wash here and I'm always really happy with the results. I've been to plenty of car washes that somehow never clean my car properly (my last one literally ignored my passenger door every time ). Maybe it wasn't SUV friendly, who knows but that's definitely not an issue here. My car is all black, so I need a solid wash every now and then, and this place always delivers. I love that they give you air fresheners every visit and a coupon for your next wash, heck yeahhhhhhh The vacuums get the job done, everything moves fast, and I'm usually in and out super quickly. Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. It my first time doing a rate for a place I don't usually complain about anything but this time I'm doing it Becuse I feel is not fair I work hard for my stuff and their my machine scratch my rims The issue what I have is that they scratch my rims with the washing machine they told me to fill it up. I complain. And after that they told me to wait 48 hours. Wich is ok no problem. The problem is when I get the when message say this "Atter a thorough inspection, we can contirm that the damage to your rim could not have occurred at our facility." I told them that I can show the proof of videos the how I was a in the middle of my wash the car start moving like crazy. Their machine didn't even wash the car right. I know it says its not guaranteed but when i go to different car express wash it washes and the dirt. Food thing i didn't purchase their monthly because its going to be my first and last time to go to this place. Its expensive too $10 Its cheaper in palmdale $8 and to the other express wash in the valley. read more

UPDATE: After posting my complaint, Wild Wash's so-called "lead investigator," Aramis Hamleti, responded by banning me from all of their locations and threatening me with prosecution under California law if I continued to pursue my claim. Yes -- instead of taking responsibility, they tried to intimidate me with bogus legal threats and scare tactics. Let me be clear: my car was NOT damaged before this wash. Their attendant failed to align my car on the tracks, it stopped mid-wash, and afterward I discovered a chunk of my wheel missing and alignment issues. I have photos, video, a licensed mechanic's report, and even two of their own employees who witnessed and confirmed the incident. This company hides behind "not liable" signs, denies obvious negligence, and then tries to silence customers with threats. That's not just unprofessional -- it's shady and predatory. If you value your vehicle (and your peace of mind), stay far away from Wild Wash Express. I brought my car here and your attendant FAILED to place it on the conveyor tracks properly. Mid-wash my car stopped and the wash damaged my vehicle -- a large chunk of my wheel is missing and my alignment now feels off. I have photos, video, and a written estimate from a licensed mechanic documenting the damage. Your posted "no liability" signs do not excuse employee negligence. I demand reimbursement for the full cost of repairs. Service was okay I remember 4 years ago this place being cheap and now the just stain my car because they started using different soap.

I hate leaving bad reviews I understand that wild wash express has policies but this sucks. One of my Rims got scratched and got the tire damaged cuz after two days the tire it's flat hate this cus my car it's a 2024 :( This happened at the end of the tunnel. We felt tired moving because the whole car moved at the end of the tunnel. They don't want to be responsible they had told me they have cameras all over to check. And eventually they didn't even tell me what they saw. so people watch out for this. Sadly we have to stop taking our cars there. All my family and friends go there. So yes. Watch out for this. Now I have to fix it on my own new Rim and definitely new tire. read more

Place is overpriced. I started going there when it was $16 for the Super Wash and you used to get a coupon for your next wash and an air freshener. Now they don't give air fresheners for the Super Wash or a coupon and it's $25 now. They only give the coupon and air freshener for the Wild Wash which is $20 and the coupon now is only $2 off. Not to mention the wild Wash doesn't have the power blaster, lava foam, extreme shine, or the dry n shine... make it make sense. read more

I've been a loyal monthly member to this car wash since 2017 Today i came to wash my car to find out my card expired but i did not have my wallet on me. I understand rules are rules but versus just letting me come back tomorrow, after the employee (who was just doing their job) spoke to the owner or manager, they told me I needed to exit the car wash or pay. Such a disappointment to for my loyalty to this place to come to and end like this. This place is great and I love coming here for the car washes, however the prices have gotten so high! I think the new prices are between $18-14!!! I came here today to get my car washed after a road trip and my car was covered in bugs. Before I entered the wash the attendant, his name was Adolfo or something like that, scrubbed my front bumper and hood, taking the extra time to get all the bugs and dirt off before my car went in. I come here quite often for each of my cars. It's usually a perfect wash when I pay for the most expensive option, but recently the Wheel cleaning feature made my wheels even dirtier. I only noticed this because my wheels were already clean before the wash. Perhaps the wheel cleaning device itself needs some cleaning, or maybe it was the wheel drying device that was dirty. I recommend bringing a towel to wipe down leftover dirt while it's still wet. read more

So after posting this review the owner messaged me privately, which actually I think is a good thing, it shows he cares about his business and customers. I want to clarify I made a wrong assumption that I had this terrible engagement with is not the owner/boss like I assumed. So instead I will describe this individual as someone who circulated through the different stations. I saw this man dressed in black hoodie, black joggers with no mask. Who knows who he was. Honestly if it wasn't for this mystery individual I would have left a better review and experience. There was a very long line when I went. They make you close any gaps between cars while waiting in line. The cashier lady was nice The owner / boss I am assuming is not wearing a mask and yells at you for holding up the line. I just got my car recently and it was my first car wash with this car let alone going through drive thru. I didn't realize my car was still on hold mode and won't go and be stuck at the entrance. Honestly forgot about it as the dude is yelling at me. That was my bad but 1 it's my first time I am already wary as it is with the lady making us wait bumper to bumper like no joke! I saw some customers don't even acknowledge her and she got annoyed honestly a few inches isn't going to make a difference 2 I don't do well when someone is yelling at me 3 I didn't have the breaks on yet he kept saying stop pressing the breaks! 4 I really didn't hold up the line that long, the car in front of me was just like 12 feet away. There was still like some bird poop on my car but ehh what do you expect for $6.00. You should bring a rag to wipe down any excess water or bird poop left.
