I was provided options for my vehicle and I love the honesty of the woman that helped me. Very disappointed with this car wash. Yesterday the lady who vacuumed my car stole all my change. She simply said that she must have vacuumed it by mistake, really?? No, she lied and simply stole it! It was not a large amount, but the disrespect and non caring attitude that is alarming. I informed the Owner and he did not seem to care and asked me what did I want him to do. Regular car wash is okay. Anything they consider "detail" is really not worth the price. They take your money, but not the time to actually value a customer's car even when paying for a specific detail job. I came here with my sister as we wanted a nice clean car we usually clean our cars at the mobile drive thru car washes. The staff is very nice had no issues. We chose the lowest tier option as we just wanted a simple wash. When the car was done I did look at the car and noticed under the seats and the sides the car was still very dirty. Personally when I vacuum my car I try to clean all the visible areas i immediately spotted this. Not sure if this is because we chose the cheapest option. I don't think I would come back here I think I'll still to just washing my own car. read more

Upon arrival I was greeted nicely. I ask for a regular carwash for a Ford F550 work truck. The woman handed me the ticket for a whopping 75.00. I said to myself, "company is paying for this one, whatever. " She then asked me for the scent of my choice, I asked for cherry. Truck was pulled out pretty quick, which was nice. The guy drying it was done fast, which was also nice since I was in a bit of a hurry. Jumped in the truck and drove off and started to notice that there was no armoral in the interior, no scent. SWIRLS & SCRATCHES all around my vehicle. They took no accountability for the job they did and claimed it's bc my car has no wax when it's a 2022 BMW. They also say they use new rags but as you see in the pictures looks like they use same rags for oil changes for the car washes. Instead of giving me a refund they said they're willing to polish it for $150 on top of the $50 that I already paid for a " HAND WASH". I don't think they change their brush bristles inside the car machine tunnel or often enough. the manager was kind enough to help me with some paint thinner to remove the black marks but I sadly do not recommend this place for nicer newer cars. Living in Southern California you can't be driving around in a dirty ride so I decided to dust off my Corvette now that spring is here and take it in for an overdue carwash. I was visiting a friend in Sylmar and went to an old spot I was a frequent visitor at. Not sure why it took me so long to write a review, but here it is. The prices are pretty high, and it's always been hit or miss depending on who works on your car. Given today I was driving a car that's lower than most I opted for a hand wash vs. having it run through the tunnel. As I stated before it's hit or miss. Luckily today the guy did a great job and left no streaks at all. If you do notice a spot that's not to your liking the workers will gladly touch it up. Unfortunately the wait is pretty extensive. I've been coming here for my car washes for almost 3 years and have always received great thorough service. I recently purchased a used police pursuit Dodge Charger that was pretty filthy inside. I opted for their detailing package and am very happy with the results. Yasmine was helpful and took the time to explain the process as well as the pricing. She was friendly and knowledgeable which made me feel assured that they would be able to get the car clean to my standards. I also want to give a shout out to Mike who worked so hard to get out the tons of dirt and stains left behind from who knows what. Now my car looks great and smells fresh which was another area of concern (smell). I've read some negative reviews, however, my experience was as good as can be especially for an extremely picky person. I went to get a car wash yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. I expected the wait to be long and everything was going fine until I got my car back. My front windshield was cracked!? I went to talk to the boss "Ben" and he blamed it on me stating that I must have hit a rock on the freeway. I told him that my car was not like that when I got here and it had just happened at their car wash!? He went on to state that the crack must have already been there and blamed it on the weather as well!? He took no responsibility for it and didn't even care.
