You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I walked up to order. I said hello to the young women at the front, and they didn't acknowledge me or respond, even though they were clearly standing right in front of me. Since I felt ignored and it seemed like there was no interest in taking my order or even addressing me, I simply turned around and left. Good customer service starts with basic manners and making customers feel welcome. The contrast between employees chatting and laughing with each other while completely overlooking a customer was disappointing. The car wash itself seems great, but first impressions matter. Management may want to address customer service at the front counter because employees can make or break a business. I would have gladly given 5 stars if I had felt welcomed, acknowledged, and treated like a valued customer.

They always have a large collection of customers, the flow of traffic through the car wash is very efficient and once you're out, your wash includes vacuuming as well.

Unfortunately, every time he's guided me into the wash, it's been a poor experience. He often isn't paying full attention while directing vehicles. I've noticed him many times looking away while signaling me to move forward. As someone who's very comfortable lining my own car up, I can tell the guidance has been off. On multiple occasions, my tire has hit the guide rail harder than it should, which is frustrating and concerning. On the other hand, Daniel does an outstanding job. He's attentive, gives clear directions, and consistently guides vehicles smoothly into the wash. The difference between the two employees is night and day. Victor could definitely learn from Daniel's approach. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I had been a long time customer at Sud's Up but NEVER again…read more I was the first customer on 7/21/26 they had that morning, and paid for a mid-tier car wash but only received a basic car wash. Ripoff #1 The attendant read from a script fro nearly 5 minutes to try to get me to buy a membership even though I told him I wasn't interested (claimed he would be fired if he didn't do so). Memberships are a SCAM as most people don't have their cars washed every week unless they're anal. They count on people not washing their car that frequently, pocket the difference and make it nearly make it impossible to cancel the "membership" forcing the customer to call their CC company to do so which is a hassle, time consuming and you don't always get all of your money back. The attendant only used a broom handle type of mop to apply soap to the front windows. Nowhere else on any part of my car as they did in the past such as the hood, trunk or top of the car if you have pigeon poop or the car is otherwise dirty nor the rims of the car. No handi-wipes to clean the inside of the windows or interior of the car were dispensed as was formerly customarily given. When I emerged from the car wash, there were BROWN STREAKS all over the exterior of my car (almost as dirty as when I drove in), the glass portion of the side view mirrors didn't a have spot of water on them requiring cleaning them by hand and the tire rims were still very dirty as if they received no soap even though I paid extra for that service. They provide 3 bottles of cleaners in the front bays . If more than 1 customer is present, there aren't enough bottles to go around. 1 is for the tires (just plain water which does not effectively clean the rims), another for the windshield, side and back windows both inside and out, which while the color is blue is nowhere near the strength of Windex (probably an el cheapo Winco brand) while the 3rd bottle is mean for general cleaning purposes. I asked the attendant if it was safe for leather interiors, he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Then It got worse. While vacuuming the interior, the hose detached from the pump because it didn't even have a clamp to hold it on securely. A 2nd attendant eventually arrived several minutes later to re-connect it, took all of the bottles I was still going to use to continue cleaning my car and both towels I had been using. Using a different bay to resume vacuuming, it turned off in LESS THAN 5 minutes so I had to re-start it a 2nd time to finish. This is by far the WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. The only way greedy companies like Sud's Up get the message that their car wash service is beyond RIDICULOUSLY BAD is hitting them in the pocket book. Get your car wash done elsewhere, do it at a "Do it yourself place" for less than half the money and tell all your friends to avoid this business like the plague.

I asked during drop off if this could be taken off and the guy seemed nice and offered to try. In my opinion he should have said that he doesnt have the right tools or skillset to clean the mat rather than offering to try at the cost of damaging the mat? It turned out the mat got clean but the corners looked sanded/grinded and the rest of the mat has a design of some sort. I messaged the guy at pick up, who said the design will go away when dry - it didnt! Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. Ana, at the register took my ticket and honored the coupon. The total was $26.00 minus the coupon. So it came down to $23.00. Where else can you get a nice car wash/vacuum for such an affordable price?? Last, but not least Omar was working on my car and did a spotless job cleaning the inside and the outside of the car. They have drinks, air fresheners, sun glasses and other things inside for sale. Was very content & satisfied with my car. It was dirty & dusty. Thank you all very much. It wasn't detailed. They didn't even give it an actual wipe down. Wasn't fully vacuumed, leather wasn't cleaned, center console is still filthy, dash still dusty and dirty, outside of car not completely cleaned as well, nooks and cranny's not even touched, it smelled really bad when it was returned to me, etc. I was told they would let me know when my car was finished, they didn't. Almost 4 hours later I called and they said it had been done for awhile. When I tried to address the entire situation with the manager (or owner, wasn't clear which) I was aggressively told that the workers did a great job and nothing would be done to rectify the situation. Very disappointing situation all around. Will not be returning.
