I don't get why there's so many bad reviews. I have been coming here for almost 10 years, twice a month and they always do an amazing job. Erica and Trini are the best here. I go in and then this stupid customer comes in sits down , the client on the chair gets his hair finished steps down, so I'm next then triny says oh I have 2 ahead of you!! I said ahead of who ? Was there today and everyone waiting is avoiding the lady with white hair, I don't know her name. I didn't want to wait so I went with her and thought I'd give her a 3rd chance. For context, the first time she cut my hair my sideburns were uneven. The second time she left a notch on the hairline on the back of my head. My gf pointed it out when I got home (since the lady doesn't show you the rear when she's done) and I went back to the barber and asked if she could fix it and she did. But today, she didn't give me the fade on one sideburn and when she was removing the cover off me I told her she forgot one side. She said "oh ok" and went back to "finish." When she was done, that same sideburn still didn't have a fade but just 2 visible lines from the different length hair. I didn't argue with her just paid the lady. At home I noticed that the back wasn't even straight and was obviously angled. I went elsewhere (Gomez on Garvey Ave) and got it fixed. My fault for giving the lady a 3rd chance. The other barbers are good but you should just avoid the lady with white hair like all the other customers do. read more

Positive people with good attitudes. Not everyone is perfect at the cuts... But there are some grade A barber's here. My son has his favorites and the ones he just won't go back to... The guy all the way at the end new I was waiting for him... I was patient and waited. Until he decided to take his lunch. After I waited.
