Place was decorated with Lakers and Raiders memorabilia; my favorite teams. There was five TVs in total, any direction you looked you could watch TV. A Lakers game was playing at the time. There were four barbers working all busy cutting hair and two people ahead of me. I waited like 15 minutes top which is great compared to the hour I would wait at other places. I got my haircut by the actually owner too. He was really mellow and friendly. He started talking to me right off the bat. He gave me a great haircut and even trimmed my beard for free. Haircut was $12 bucks and I gave him a $3 buck tip. I will be coming back again.

This guy has never failed me once. Every cut is quick, on point, and the price is still unbelievably reasonable after all these years. Every friend I've sent his way has had nothing but good things to say, and that says a lot. Seriously one of those places you just keep coming back to without even thinking about it. Was told it would be "around 40 minutes", which seemed excessive but I was curious so I sat down. An HOUR later I had to ASK if it would be much longer, and was shrugged off by the girl behind the counter. She "had to just guess" was her excuse. I had wasted an hour, leaving without a haircut would have doubled the waste, so 20 MORE minutes pass before I finally got a seat. An hour and 20 minutes without an apology or explanation. Nope, sit there watching the barbers stop cutting hair to yell back and forth to each other about inane topics. Guess they make enough money to turn off potential loyal customers? Anyway, the haircut was good at least. Even though my request was simple and not very time consuming. I've definitely had plenty of amazing haircuts in the past but my more recent ones aren't the same like the ones before. The fades here are pretty decent compared to most barbers, so you don't have to worry about a "bad" fade. However, my recurring issue was the shape of my haircut. I found that it was the sides were angled inwards toward my head rather than straight up as seen in picture 2. (I included pictures so y'all know what I mean ) My head fits a more "box" look which means the sides should be vertical as seen in the first pic. The haircut isn't necessarily bad by any means, but it isn't quite what I wanted. In the end, my advice for anyone who wants to try out this place is to be specific with what you want. You may have some growing pains when figuring this out but I feel that it would help you here a ton. Maybe I could try to communicate what I want better and more clearly to get the result I want, but I've also been coming here for a while too so I'm conflicted :/ Ultimately, I have decided to find another place to go but I hope y'all have a great time at this place! *Note both pics were taken right after haircut.
