It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. Since it was our first time, they asked us for her vaccine record which I gladly sent over. I appreciate that they make sure the dogs that go there are up to date on their rabies vaccines, etc. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the facility looked. They also gate off some dogs from each other if some of them are more aggressive or not socialized, or if your dog is scared of other dogs. The whole dropoff process was seamless and quick. The appointment took about 3 hours and they called/texted me when my dog was ready. My dog came back looking super cute and clean! They did an overall good job with her haircut, not the best but decent enough! I felt that the price was fair/average. I also appreciated the advice she gave me in recommending a probiotic I can buy online to help with my dog's itching and constant licking. I bought it and it's actually working!
