so my husband and i were looking for a product that isn't available in our province yet and we…read morecalled all over eastern Canada looking to purchase the bike of our dreams, we called Moncton and this store in Saint John and we absolutely LOVED working with them, they are so helpful and it was definately worth the gruelling 9 hour round trip to get there and back...there are probably going to be places closer to deal with for servicing and part,etc in the future,but when you build a rapport with a store's personnel after only a few visits, it's clear to see why you'd keep coming back, our sales rep was Norm, our number cruncher was Dave Sambell (i hope i spelled it right) and at the part counter, Tim always gives personal service with clothes and other accessories that are must haves, the showroom is pristine and they even have separate his and HER washrooms, talk about being accomodating to the newer female clientel that are starting to enjoy these sports more and more now than ever!!! service is one on one and you can be sure to get the attention you need and also the assistance for ease of use of their products,professionalism and knowledge of products and services available go a long,long way to ensure customers keep coming back to this establishment...

I posted this in September, for some reason the filter rejected my post....I can't explain why, because I don't understand why. anyway I'm going to try to re post it. Let me add, I never actually made it to the brick and mortar store. I arrived in St. John via cruise ship, and they had a booth set up, along with many other venders, at the dock in a large tent. They were very helpful. Even delivered a shirt in my size from the store.

On July 13th, my wife and I were stranded at the St. Stephens border crossing with a motorcycle…read morethat died. My wife had to literally push us through the entrance. We were 1500 miles from home with no help in sight. A customs personnel gave us the phone # of Cycle Works, so we called and asked if they could help, I was told to try and get there so we were towed to the shop. As soon as we arrived the mechanic stopped whatever he was doing and went to work solving our problem. He quickly determined we had a bad battery, he had a replacement that fit and had us back on the road in an hour. I recently went to Chopper rods to get some work done, to my disappointment I found a missing…read moreexhaust nut and had to replace it, I also had to tighten the remaining ones. Some of the heat shields were also not tightened, and I had to tighten them also. In the past I have had work done by Rod himself and I have had no issues. This time I have a feeling it was not Rod that worked on my bike. My best advice if you have work done at any shop, always check to make sure everything is tight and working properly.

Mechanic had the best bedside manner during a traumatic time for me when my bike broke down while…read moretraveling cross country and on a time crunch. Had called this shop ahead of time to order a part and schedule repairs. They were really good about getting the part overnight mail (of course at my expense) and slotted my repairs in. They accommodated our needs for a ride to a car rental place and reimbursed us cab fare when no one could give us a lift. They are a fairly busy dealership and its often difficult to get someone on the phone, but if you are persistent, they will eventually help you. Happy with work performed. We were able to leave both bikes in the shop over the weekend when only one was being repaired. They were kind enough to even wash both bikes. Bonus! They were filthy Thumbs up!

I have has 2 experiences with Rallye motors, one…read moremy wife boughh a nissan and she died in that car, no Fault of rallye , Ralye convined her to buy "gap insurance" which was useless when i was at trying to settle the estate. was just in the way, over 1 year later no one has paid for the car, needlesss to say ..bad experience and memory second i bought an atv from them i did not know it was rally at first as it used to be atlantic yamaha sorts motoplex bought it to plow my drieveway, they wouldnt let me install the winch That should have be flag one, they sold me the base modcel 450 supposed to be 6,999 plus the plow i paid way to much came to 12,500$ the winch you can buy on amazon, anywho i feel im at my wits end they keep calling asking for a 5 rating, at least 5-10 times, i have memory loss from radiation and chemothereapy so i dont remember things, anywho i had a very bad experience with them, and just to get my atv home, not going to get into.. I just been bashing rallye as much as i can on social media i dont care they called me over and overfor a 5 star rating well here you go i wont stop, they cant stop me...haha since they called looking to add the warranty, i have under 70km bike works ok, but i wish i wasnt pushed into "the deal of the century" id have bought the 570 with winch and plow but "live and LEARN
