He told me what he believed the issue was and began troubleshooting. While he was troubleshooting he was also educating me. He sent pictures of everything and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even worked when it started to rain! He spent nearly 7 hours working to repair my problem. When he was finished my truck was fixed, CORRECTLY. Also, while working on my vehicle he discovered a hidden tracking device. Kinda scary finding out someone was tracking me. After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

He told us since we had a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT SUV you will need to go with the Flowmaster 50 delta series since it has the quiet inside the interior/inside of the vehicle. How is Lee's customer service relations to his customers? He is a nice and understandable gentleman very knowledgeable and know what he is talking about when it comes to performance exhaust. He sales Flowmaster and Magnaflow performance exhaust. You will have to setup a appointment time to get your vehicle exhaust upgraded or worked on. Inside the customer waiting room is some what less desirable to wait in but there is a full size couch, fireplace, TV, two chairs. Some parking area but you'll have to find one. Also, There is another business in the same place with Lee's Custom Exhaust next door. All you have to do is go inside of the building and ask for Lee and the guys and ladies will show you the right area he's located. Overall happy with my purchase and the customer service I received at Lee's Custom Exhaust? I am happy and so is my father.
