We were driving back home from our…read morevacation to the beach, heading back north to Knoxville, TN, and our car started having some major problems in Macon, GA, 4 hours away from home. This was on a Saturday evening so there were no car repair places open. Our car was shuddering something awful and the check engine light was on. My husband called this Autozone and the employee Rico was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to drive our car over there and have the problem diagnosed. The car had a bad spark plug, a part that was less than $10. We didn't know how to replace it, but Rico said it was an easy job and was able to show my husband how to do it. The car started back up, the check engine light was OFF, and it was purring like a kitten, and we were able to make it back home! So, so thankful for the kindness and competence of employee Rico, and we are also appreciative of the manager Dashayla! Highly recommend this business :)

When I finally reached the installation stage, I discovered the kit was incomplete. I tried to work with Emnotek, but they refused to help, claiming too much time had passed. I contacted Energy Suspension directly, and they confirmed Emnotek is responsible--but Emnotek still did nothing. This ordeal has dragged on for over two weeks with zero resolution. Terrible company support. I'll never buy from them again and will stick to reputable suppliers going forward.

I visited Ackerman to get a used part for my truck. The first man I talked to about a part didn't…read moreimpress me. I left my number and called him back and he told me how difficult it was to remove the part from his salvage but I knew better and gave up talking to him. A couple of hours later another gentleman called me from that establishment and told me they had gotten it off and to come get it free because of my trouble.
