Only after I spoke up did she go to the back, bring out a new bag, set it on the table, and walk away to take a phone call without assisting further. I then asked to speak with a manager (not the GM). Another young lady came out and responded by saying that "some people would have picked the food up and put it back in the bag," implying that it was a personal preference. At that point, I was honestly shocked. The level of customer service and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Overall, the customer service experience was absolutely terrible and left a very negative impression.
