Another young lady came out and responded by saying that "some people would have picked the food up and put it back in the bag," implying that it was a personal preference. At that point, I was honestly shocked. The level of customer service and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Overall, the customer service experience was absolutely terrible and left a very negative impression.
