Saw nothing but good things so figured I would try it next time I got a chance. I think they stay open from 6-9. I ordered the dime piece special. Six wings and one side, I got the Zydeco cajun pasta, and wanted to try the fries so I ordered some of those. It was about a ten minute wait, I got my stuff and headed to the house. Just a TLDR, everything was pretty damn good. I agree that the chicken didn't have what I would call a cajun seasoning to it, but it was seasoned perfect and it was fried perfect. Great crunch, great flavor. I think they threw an extra wing in there and I still ate every one. I was gonna save a couple for lunch the next day but I couldn't help it. Great fried chicken, and the sizes are pretty big. The pasta did have a cajun twist to it, plenty of crawfish, and although I coulda used a little more spiciness, it was really good. I ate about half of it and the rest for lunch the next day and it tasted even better. The fries had a good seasoning to them, but I wish they would've been cooked a little more. They were a little to soft for me, but I still ate what I could handle. The servings for the pasta and fries were what I consider pretty good portions. Last thing in the combo was a can soda. Everything was $20, a great deal on this stuff. They have different specials. The Zydeco pasta was the special when I went, and I know to get whatever is on special. I'll be going back to get some of that great chicken and whatever else is on special. I kept check on when they are open on Facebook. They are good about keeping current on hours and locations.

Everything was made fresh and the cook and staff were super kind! We had the nachzos, bacon cheeseburger and double fried wings. Even after an almost 20 minute drive, everything was hot and fresh. No soggy fries or anything! Oh, I almost demolished the perfectly seasoned fries on the way home. Lololol My husband said one of the best burgers around, he loved how cheesy it was. Today was their first day in business this year. They had a great set up today in the parking lot next to a liquor store and gas station off a decently busy road in ft worth. In live in dallas...so i drove an hour to support and try the food. I would and will do it again! The truck is fresh and clean. They have a speaker set up with some tunes, a tent over the front and a couple chairs so you can sit and wait or sit and enjoy your meal. Being friends with the owner has perks- i got a bit of just about everything. I did pay for my food and am giving my honest opinion of everything. My first box of food had catfish, grilled shrimp and the cajun chicken alfredo (zizis) fries. The shrimp actually blew me away. I have been extremely disappointed in seafood since moving to Dallas 3 years ago. This shrimp was perfect. It was clearly fresh, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. It's so easy to overcook shrimp and they got it on the money. I had to stop eating them and try other stuff so i wouldnt fill up too fast. Next i tried the cajun chicken fries. Listen, i don't think I've had a loaded fry that i didn't like. Great texture, great flavor, in love that is unique. Lots of loaded fries out there but I've never seen anything like these before. I could eat my weight in them. The last thing in the first box was a piece of fried catfish. I want to preface by saying i haven't had very much catfish and i just don't think it's really my thing? The fish was cooked perfectly and seasoned/breaded very well. I love how its served and the presentation. It's served on top a piece of Texas toast with lemon, hot sauce and tarter sauce. The condiments are extremely important and very well done. Box #2 contained grilled broccoli, grilled corn and wings- hot honey and bbq. I tried the broccoli first. Its seasoned well and cooked well. I like that it had texture and it wasn't soggy. It was seasoned well with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. The corn was seasoned similarly. I have to say the corn was a little underwhelming for me, i expected to like it more. I could see seasoning on it, but the flavor didn't come through as well as the other things. It's probably because I've been on an elote kick and i want all my corn to taste like that. The wings- 3 flats and 1 drum were delish. I'm not a huge wing fan but these were really good. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. The breading on the outside was really good and the sauces were flavorful, bold and plentiful without being over powering. I would have loved these to come with a side of wet naps. Of the two flavors, i preferred the hot honey. Not very spicy either. Might be fun to have a sauce for dipping on the side? The last box of food had greens, mac n cheese and mash n gravy. I started with the mac and it was perfection. So so so much of the time with mac you get soggy, overcooked noodles. The first thing i noticed was that the texture of the noodle was perfect. The flavor/seasoning is also on point. This may the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Not being from the south or having eaten much southern food, i think this is the first time I've had southern greens. They said it was kale and not your typical collard greens. It was decent but i would probably order that if i was trying to be healthy and get my greens in. It could also be that they were overshadowed by all the other amazing food i tasted. The last thing on my plate was mash n gravy. I have had lots of mashed potatoes in my life and these are some of the best I've had. Amazing texture and flavor. They were a touch on the salty side but perfect other than that! You have to come down here and try this food for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed!! A couple side thoughts- would love it if there were some cold drinks- just soda and water that one could get with their food and something sweet would hit the spot. I feel like red velvet anything or banana pudding would go with everything so well. Overall everything was super fresh and hot. The seasoning was on point and the textures were all perfect.
