They don't honor the 3 percent discount for cash payment. My mom has had a terrible time with getting this discount. A Few weeks ago she ordered a blt wrap and waited an absurd amount of time to get it and when she did it was a turkey wrap. The place was not busy so it's kind of ridiculous. The manager on duty was rather short with her as if it was her fault the order took forever and was screwed up. Disappointed as I used like this manager and even if he was having a bad night he should have been more polite. Today nothing of how they have treated their tenants (disbatch brewing). David and Colleen at Disbatch are truly good people and are genuinely supportive of the community. don't like to exaggerate, but the garlic parm wings at Mac's may be the greatest culinary achievement of the modern era. I went in planning to order pizza like a normal person. Then I made the life-altering decision to get the garlic parm wings. Big mistake. Now every other wing I eat will forever live in their shadow. Crispy, absurdly garlicky, and covered in enough parmesan to make an Italian grandmother proud. I would confidently recommend them to friends, strangers, and anyone walking within a 50-foot radius. 5 stars. Honestly considering writing my congressman about them. read more

We've only ever gotten pizza to go here, so I can't speak for the service other than our pizza is always hot and fresh when we get it. The Pizza is pretty good and this is one of our go to places. The inside looks very relaxed...tables and a little area with arcade games. read more

The challenge I have when I go to an establishment and spend my hard earned money is how so many of them today, just don't care about that. Time is just as valuable as Money as well. I went to Mac's and made an order. The girl at the register read it back to me. 30 mins later I got something that was NOT what I ordered. They offered a refund, and to remake it, but they missed the point. My time is valuable and they showed they didn't care about that. They kept my money and I hope they enjoy it for the nothing I got. read more

This is some old-school NY pizza! Very good, though this was my first visit, based on feedback from a co-worker. I will follow-up after I have been here a few times. I ordered a Mac Daddy with light sauce, pepperoni and extra cheese. I didn't really notice the extra cheese though. It seemed like a normal amount. There was some charring on the crust, but not enough to negatively affect the taste. This is why I will have to go here a few more times. read more

I ordered pick up on a busy Friday night. The wait time was a speedy 25 minutes. A specialty chicken and pickle pizza topped with zesty ranch dressing, Mac Daddy size 18 inch cost $31. The pie was delicious with tons of toppings thick and toasty crust. The chicken fingers were also a large portion served with 2 sauces, blue cheese and buffalo. First time ordering from here. We did delivery because we didn't want to miss any of the football game. Their website was a little confusing on ordering. It also did not give details to how many slices came in each pizza size. We opted for the thick crust & let me tell you this is what you need to do!! The crust was perfectly cooked. The toppings were plentiful & spread out perfectly. We ordered for delivery at 12:41, yes I know a strange time but each time that was available had a 1 at the end (12:41, 12:51, etc). I would have liked to be able to type in the time I was requesting it for. I was able to order the day before which was great & the delivery driver offered me a copy of the receipt & was super friendly. The pizzas came 20 minutes early which you think would be great but it was not in this case because we did not have guests coming until 12:45 so the pizza could have been a little warmer when our guests arrived. That is why we requested the time we did. But on that note I would rather have food come early then late since I don't want people to be waiting around for food. All the toppings were great, fresh & absolutely amazing. Quality was top notch. We normally have our go to pizza place but this one is now added to the rotation. Mac's is conveniently located at what was once called "The Station" in Gananda. Serving pizza, wings, subs, etc.. While the pizza is OK, it is nothing to write "home about" or "YELP" praise about. The few times I have stopped in to get a quick slice for lunch I've found the pizza to be poorly made and just a messy pile of thick, hard dough with lots of can tasting sauce and minimal cheese. I've been told that the owners are generous to the community and always there to donate pizza and help out which is wonderful! It has the potential to be a great pizza place if they took the time to care about what they were making and serving their customers. Pretty disappointing... read more

Macs pizza shack may be the only decent place to eat on the entire Gananda parkway. Not a whole lot of competition but they provide the best pizza in the Macedon area by far (place across the way serves marks under a heat lamp for hours, yuck) and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you're down to drink some beers there's a brewery attached as well. Definitely a cool & clean place to grab some comfort food anytime of the week. read more

Not good...ordered a sheet pizza for out of town friends. The delivery girl was the best part of our Macs experience. The pizza was horrible. Coming back from a tournament at the local sports complex, this pizza place not only was the closest but had the best reviews. A nice medium thick crust was crisp, just like my favorite "Buffalo" pizza. The pizza came out quick and we dined in. A nice sweet sauce and the large was a perfect size. The wings weren't as crispy and saucy as I like, but being from Buffalo we are a bit snobby. I'd go back! read more

I haven't got a lot to say about Mac's, other than the delivery has always been on time and pizzas ready at the pickup time. Oh, and they also have my favorite pizza *ever*. Their buffalo chicken pizza is to die for, in my opinion. It's the only buffalo chicken pizza where the chicken pieces aren't flimsy slices of chicken. It's like, whole chunks of chicken tender. It's seriously to die for, and my favorite pizza of any I've ever tried. If this place ever closes down, it'll be a full on mourning period for me. Wings here are alright. A few times they came a little undercooked but nothing major. For the most part they are good, if on the smaller side. The few times I've picked up single slices, they were good too.
