First time there. The menu on the wall is beyond extensive but the cauliflower pizza with cup and char pepperoni is what caught my eye. I did try and order it online but didn't want to make a mistake so I drove there and waited while it was made. The inside is bet nice, clean with plenty of table space to sit and eat. Late on a quiet night I wound up here to get pizza for my kids and I. Almost pulled into another place but I kept going because this is the one I'd found on Yelp. We are in Webster for a swim meet and found Rhino's on Yelp and wanted a pizza dine in experience. This place did not disappoint! I wanted a pickle pizza which they are known for and my husband grudgingly said ok thinking he wouldn't like it. We both LOVED it. The flavor was incredible but the crust is amazing as well. We decided to give this place another try, after a bad experience a while back. We ordered online, which was ok until we were billed a convenience fee for doing so. We order A Donovan Pizza, which didn't (and never does) disappoint. Our second pie was a "cup and char" peperoni pizza, which we had to pay extra for the 'upgraded' pepperoni. I can say, the pepperoni was neither cupped, nor charred. This is a comparison easy to make as it is the same topping I order from places all over the area. Pepperoni was under cooked, had no color to it, and there was regular pepperoni mixed in on the pie after I had paid extra for the upgrade. We ordered chicken tenders 4 piece, and a side order of waffle fries. The fingers were good; however, the waffle fries appear to be nothing more than seasoned frozen fries from a bag. They were jammed into the same container as the tenders, and we could tell we received the bottom of the bag as it was all the potato ends and small crumb pieces from the bottom of some bag or container. When you pay NINE dollars for a side of fries, you should serve them in a separate container and ensure they are a full order not full of partial small pieces. Lastly, our order of garlic knots was also underwhelming. The container was filled with a pool of liquid, drenching the knots. They were small, stuck to the foil, and overall chewy. We have been ordering from this place for a long time, and this was over all out most disappointing experience. $75. spent for this visit. read more

Yes, yes... I am one of the folks who felt the need to check out Rhino's Pizza again thanks to seeing the dill pickle pizza on social media. It's been a little bit since I ordered from Rhino's... but I was near Webster recently, so I ordered a small dill pickle pizza and another small pizza for takeout. If you've not been to Rhino's before, it can be a bit easy to miss. Down a side street, and sitting in a split building, Rhino's Pizza is now easiest to find thanks to the inflatable pickles in each window. The pizzas took 45 minutes. I arrived at Rhino's to pick up the pizzas an the place only had two folks in it... so I'm guessing there were plenty of delivery orders being placed. I thought I ordered two smalls... but the dill pickle pizza was substantially smaller than the other pizza, so maybe they ended up making the other pizza a large? I'm not quite sure. It was fine either way. About $30 for the two pizzas... one small and one "was supposed to be small, but pretty sure they made it a large". The people at Rhino's Pizza are always courteous and friendly, in my experience. I don't think I've ever had a bad customer service experience there. The main downside of this recent Rhino's Pizza experience was that my pickle pizza was, well, just lacking in pickles / pickle taste. There was a bit of pickle... a bit of the garlic from the sauce. I just expected much more pickle-y goodness and there just weren't that many on the pizza. Also? The pizzas, generally, are also fairly chewy... it's not a light dough, but one that's thicker, chewy, and is prone to bubbling while cooking. TL;DR Ultimately, the pizza was fine... but I'm reminded now why it takes something like the fad of the dill pickle pizza (though sadly lacking in pickles) to remind me of Rhino's. As many others have, saw the pickle pizza on social media and being a pickle fanatic, needed to stop in and try it. I ordered a small pickle pizza, thin crust over the phone and it was ready as promised in 30 minutes. Pizza itself was hot & fresh but crust wasn't that thin. The garlic oil sauce wasn't that flavorful, little skimpy on the cheese. The only topping other than cheese is thin sliced dill pickles and sprinkled dried dill weed. Honestly I really just tasted the pickles, but as a serious pickle fan - that was fine! The pizza automatically comes with a small side of ranch which is necessary because really overall the pizza comes off one note in flavor. I would probably overall rate the pizza 3/5 as at $12 for just pickles as a topping is quite expensive, in my opinion. Service was very nice, prompt and pizza was fresh, so if you're in the area I would recommend stopping in. All of their menu offerings are on the board behind the counter and, if you weren't from the area, you'd have to take 5 minutes or more to decide on what's hoping to go into your stomach that night. And I ended up with a simple pizza. It worked for me. The overall experience here at Rhino's Pizza in Webster Ny can be categorized as simple, casual, interesting, and quite nice. Not sure about public transportation options here in the town of Webster New York, but Uber and lift is always an option for y'all to consider if you don't have a private vehicle to get here. For most part though, that experience was interesting and enjoyable at the same time. It was a quiet meal with a friend who had traveled from Canada to be here in this part of New York to do the 26.2 miles on foot with me. I seem to have crazy friends, but that's OK. The pizza was quite good and decide to eat it all there at the restaurant because it was definitely good and delicious. My friend decide to order, as mentioned above, The garbage plate. It seemed appetizing at the time, but I decided not to taste it because It was my friends meal and I did not want to deprive him of such delicious endeavors. We ordered a medium dill pickle pizza, a medium chicken fajita pizza and 20 wings. The food looked and tasted good. I don't really have any complaints about the taste. We all enjoyed the dill pickle pizza and the fajita was fine. It wasn't really anything to rave about. My biggest complaint was the size. It seemed like for a medium pizza, it was more like a personal pan. We had 5 people sharing the food and in hindsight I guess we should have ordered larges. The wings were great though, just how I like them which is super saucy. My husband prefers a crispier wing though so he wasn't exactly as thrilled about them as I was. When in Rochester, do as the Rochesterians do. Normally that means a plate, but this venture was for the famed dill pickle pizza. Other places are selling them, but I braved the 40 minute round trip for Rhinos. The drive home was pure agony because of the incredible aromas that had me drooling. Wings were awesome, juicy inside and crispy on the outside. Garlic knots we're also great and swimming in flavor (herb oil). The star of the show was the pizza, which is a pickle-lovers dream. I resisted the pickle pizza craze until now, but decided a couple of days ago I was finally going to see what all the hype was about. I placed my order online for some wings and one pizza, and confirmation suggested it would be ready in ~ 1 hour. This was fine since I had some work to finish up and then a half hour drive from work to Rhino's. I'll note, this was around 6pm, so pretty standard dinner time, so no surprise that they were busy. My order was not ready when I arrived and I waited probably 20-30 minutes extra once I arrived to pick up. This seemed to be the case for many of the people who were also there waiting for their orders. Again, it was dinner time and so they were probably busy, but then expectations should be set appropriately for the amount of time it will actually take to fill an order. As far as the pizza, I love pickles, so I liked it, but it wasn't mind blowing. I'd say an average pizza. I'm glad I tried it, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Rhinos pizza is our go to spot. I really love their subs best. I'm not a huge pizza person (I know, it's weird). Their pizza is good though. I really want to try the pickle pizza they have become notorious for. *Pro tip I learned when I picked up my order last time, I mentioned the pickle pizza and if they sell it by the slice. The do not at dinner time. I told them I wanted to try it but was the only one in the house who was interested. They said if I want to try it I can order a white pizza and have half the pizza be pickle pizza. They're made with the same base. This is the best pizza place in webster. The wings stand out. I'm from buffalo originally and these rival the best pizza place wings in buffalo. Make sure to ask for them well done. Salvatore's, Pontillos, and Marks are not even in the same league. The pizza is good. It's close to a thin crust. Better than the other local chains. It's also around the same price. I will probably never order pizza from another local place again. My parent love the subs. When they come into town, they always pick some up to take home. The "royal" is the best they have ever had. Well done wings take a while to cook. It can take a while for your order to be ready so prepare for that. On Mondays and Tuesdays they have buy one get one large pizzas. Amazing deal. I was in town for a concert and VERY intrigued by a Facebook video I saw advertising THEIR DILL PICKLE PIZZA and being a pickle nut - just had to stop in and try it! It's a quaint little pizzeria inside of what looks like a reformed office building, parking off to the side and picnic style tables and small booths to sit at inside. After walking in and being hit in the face with a metaphorical cloud of flavors wafting into the dining room from the kitchen (it smelled delicious!), the ladies at the counter were VERY friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home! There was a BOGO special going on, so we got a cheese pizza as well as the newly infamous pickle pizza - both of which were delightful! They had a NY style crust and the sauce is on point! I honestly would have liked just a little more bite of pickle on the pickle pizza, but it was delightful!
