I got the original avocado toast. The drink was very good. I was able to do a milk alternative so I chose coconut milk. The avocado toast was loaded. Lots of micro greens and a poached egg that was cooked very well. The avocado was not as heavy as you would think for an avocado toast though. Typically the pistachio latte is made with syrup and a pistachio butter but she said even the pistachio butter is made with condensed milk. We wanted to confirm paying for a pistachio latte would be the same as paying for a latte with syrup added and she said it would, but again she seemed kinda annoyed or impatient by our questions. However, they do write nice little notes on the lid, which is a personal touch. Unfortunately, you can tell that people come here mainly for the aesthetic. I certainly don't think the coffee or food warrants a line out the door. While I love supporting smaller businesses, if they put half as much effort into what they're selling as they do into their social media marketing and decor, I think it could've been better for me.
