I stopped by here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and we were easily able to find free parking right in front. We didn't have a reservation so we sat at the bar but that was no issue as it was just the two of us! The staff were very friendly to us as we walked in and immediately offered us some water and we were only getting drinks that day so we ordered a matcha latte with the whipped coffee on top as well requested almond milk. We saw them hand, whipped both the coffee and also whisk up the Matcha, which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't need additional sweetener but it was overall a really good matcha! We sat there for about 45 minutes enjoying our drinks and never felt rush. It was definitely busy inside but nothing terrible or cramped inside. Cute little place right near Mizner park with ample parking! There was luckily not a wait when we got there but I did see every so often there was a short wait for people to be sat. We snagged a table outside on the patio area which was a good mix of sunlight and shade since they had umbrellas up. We ordered coffees - I got the London fog chai. And then ordered food. I got the original avocado toast. The drink was very good. I was able to do a milk alternative so I chose coconut milk. The avocado toast was loaded. Lots of micro greens and a poached egg that was cooked very well. The avocado was not as heavy as you would think for an avocado toast though. I came in for the soufflé pancakes, but after learning they take 30 minutes, ended up switching my order.. and it did not disappoint. It's a cute little cafe. Service was wonderful. I ordered a matcha latte with lavender and an açaí bowl - both completely delicious. Rich lavender flavor in my latte and while most açaí bowls have bases that are watered down, this one was incredibly earthy like açaí should be. Terrible experience, our tiny table was in the back next to the kitchen. I think it was everyone's first day by the service we got. I ordered a Matcha latte that was forgotten about even though I asked for it multiple times. I asked for sliced tomatoes I have with my breakfast. That was also forgotten about. I will never go there again. I could have gotten better service at McDonalds. If you do go hope you have a better experience then I did. Good food, but horrible awful terrible service. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such disappointing service at breakfast. From the beginning, it felt completely disorganized. My latte was forgotten, the tomatoes that were supposed to come with my meal were forgotten, and getting anyone's attention to correct anything was a challenge. At a certain point, you stop enjoying your breakfast because you're too busy wondering what else is going to be missed. The entire staff seemed extremely young and, unfortunately, completely unprepared to handle a busy restaurant. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but there appeared to be very little supervision, communication, or attention to detail. It felt more like a group of teenagers trying to figure things out as they went than a professionally run restaurant. What made it especially frustrating is that breakfast should be one of the simplest dining experiences. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I wanted the food I ordered, the latte I ordered, and reasonably attentive service. Somehow, even that felt like too much to ask. Mistakes happen, and I'm usually very understanding when they do. But when multiple things are forgotten and the service is poor from beginning to end, it stops being a mistake and starts feeling like nobody really cares about the customer's experience. Unfortunately, instead of leaving happy after what should have been an enjoyable breakfast, we left talking about how unbelievably bad the service was. Got there and they had a birthday party table that took most of the inside so I asked if we could sit at the bar area. The chicken was very flavorful, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the combination of both was delicious. And loved the veggies they add to the home potatoes. When you take someone's card to charge it, it should be processed and returned promptly--not held for 30 minutes. We all absolutely loved everything we ordered, but here are some faves: - Matcha Dalgona: this caffeinated drink is one of their signatures for a reason! They use ceremonial grade matcha with milk and top it with a sweetened whipped coffee topping. It's then decadently topped with gold flakes. It's delicious and very photo worthy! - Soufflé pancakes. These are small and stacked and very worth sharing!! We ordered the classic brekkies, mine with gluten free bread, Dalgona and matcha rose latte. The breakfast was good, but the table was free of all condiments and none were offered. So we had to request them 2x. No butter, jelly or preserves were offered for the toast and I had to request it. The Dalgona took too much effort to enjoy. I felt like I was stirring my life away. We went there to try their pancakes. The pancakes look better than they taste. You have to order them 20-30 minutes in advance; I was told for them to make them. One oops happened, the waiter threw away our plates. We had plenty of food left for take home but that was a no go. So overall, I wouldn't go back but I would recommend still giving them a try. I also ordered the eggslut sando, it needed some more seasoning and flavor, in my opinion. The rest of the group had an omelette and one of the eggs Benedict and they really liked it. I was worried we would have to wait a long time, since we did not have reservations, but we were a group of 5 and sat down within 15 minutes. I had the French toast with a hazelnut latte, and my partner had the chicken and croissant waffles with the butterfly tea lemonade (I believe that's what it was called). Everything was delicious, and our server was super sweet and attentive. The cafe itself is really cute inside, which added to the overall experience. Giving four stars because, while the host was kind, she seemed a bit overwhelmed when seating people. Also, we sat inside near the bar, which was a bit messy, and there was a bucket due to a leak, which took away from the ambiance.
