The Cheesecake Factory has certainly made a name for itself over the last few months with so many viral videos of people trying their menu. These videos are what partially motivated me to return after not having been in quite sometime. Our small party of four were almost immediately sat which was great considering it was a very busy dinner hour. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Fresh hot bread was brought to our table quickly along with some butter. The brown bread, as us commoners refer to it as, was delicious! However, I do wish the butter was softened a bit before being served as it was hard to spread. I wanted to try something new and I came across their new bowls! I was intrigued. Truthfully, a "bowl-styled" dish seemed right up my alley. I ordered the chicken katsu bowl. Priced at $14.95, this item is one of the more affordable options on the menu. That didn't mean, however, that Cheesecake Factory's infamous portion size would be left to the wayside. The bowl was quite large! I didn't even get through half of it before throwing in the towel. Truthfully, there was so much food it could've easily made two meals (which it did for me!). The chicken katsu bowl came with crispy chicken that was NOT mostly breading. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection and the teriyaki glaze drizzled on top only amplified the truly exceptional taste. Paired with edamame, mushrooms, cucumber, and sesame seeds, the chicken katsu bowl perfectly balances the salty and savory flavors. I opted to have my helpings laid on brown rice which, I feel, is the best way to enjoy this bowl. White rice just doesn't hit the same. I concluded the night with a slice on Oreo cheesecake that was secretly the whole reason why I came. This cheesecake is one of their best; it is perfectly sweet and truly brought me back to when my grandmother would sneak me Oreos in the middle of the night as a kid. A sweet treat bringing on an even sweeter memory? Now, how could I possibly give this visit anything less than a 5/5 rating. Cheesecake Factory continues to be one of the best restaurants in the tri-county area if you're looking for reliable flavors and menu items at an affordable price. With their new bowls, it seems that the chain is invested in making the menu as expansive and inviting as possible. I for one plan to be back again soon. Thank you for your response, but the photo clearly shows that this was not the usual portion size. The cheesecake itself does not even fill one-fourth of the container. A large amount of whipped cream was placed on top of the slice and another large mound was used to fill the empty space in the box. I have purchased this cheesecake many times, and the slices used to nearly fill the container. This is not simply a matter of presentation. Service was a bit slow during lunch hour. Took awhile to get bread to the table. Portions are decent for the price but can still get pricey even with their lunch menu. The chicken tenders were fantastic according to my daughter. Can't mess up with tendies. We were able to get chocolate milk for her as well. I met a friend here for lunch, and overall we had a nice experience. When we were first seated, we were given a very small table. We asked if we could move to a booth, and although I think they were trying to fill a particular server's section, they were happy to accommodate our request. We decided to split the Thai Chicken Salad because we knew the portions were generous--and they definitely are! It was more than enough for the two of us. We both ordered coffee, and my friend also treated herself to a slice of cheesecake. My only real complaint was the pricing. The salad, at around $20, felt like a good value considering the size. However, paying $5 for a cup of coffee seemed excessive, and the cheesecake slices are around $10-11. One thing that really stood out was our waitress. She noticed I had a reward in my account and suggested we combine our checks so I could redeem it for a complimentary slice of cheesecake. That was a thoughtful gesture, and I happily took the cheesecake home to enjoy later. The generous portions and attentive service made for a pleasant lunch, even if a few menu items felt overpriced. I ordered a Whiskey Smash and it was great. It was a little strong and had delicious flavor. I ordered the Pasta DaVinci. There wasn't much chicken in it. The flavor was pretty good but the g e penne was undercooked. My friend nursed her pink lemonade with vodka. She didn't enjoy it. She also didn't care for her steak bites. She asked for salt and pepper to give it flavor but that didn't help. She liked the Mac and cheese. Kinda wild I haven't reviewed this Cheesecake Factory. We have gotten food to go plenty of times here. A couple of days ago I actually went it to order for the first time there rather than delivery. I was curious if they had a nice bar, and sure enough, they did. A large oak bar with a dreamy fresco painted on the ceiling set a nice mood. The bartender, who was working fast to keep up but was also kind, took my order and had my margarita over quick. The place was bustling busy. All types of groups were there having a good time. It was nice to see. My food came out quick. I had the egg roll combo and the spaghetti. Both were excellent. I've gotten both before, but I was looking for comfort go-to food this day. I finished up with one of there many types of peanut butter cheesecakes. It doesn't make sense the food is of a good quality when you know there menu is far to big for it all to be made well. The Cheesecake Factory menu is huge, so there is something for everyone. They even have a SkinnyLicious menu, which has some really good options. I love the avocado eggrolls, shepherds pie and orange chicken. The salads are also delicious. The bread is addictive and I love the brown bread, but both types are excellent. They reduced the size of their cheesecake slices, not a big deal, but worth noting. I'm a rewards member and this year my free slice was half the size it used to be. This location has a large room for private events. I'm not sure what the minimum cost to rent it is, but it's a great place to have large business meetings, seminars and private parties. read more

Happy hour at cheesecake is the place to be. They have so many bites and snacks all around $10, now is the time to try those items that you've been too nervous to try. We have been going to Cheesecake Factory since it opened in Boca and always felt we got a good meal and a reasonable price. This has changed and not for the better. The food is soaked in oil and portions have been reduced while the prices go up. Recently, we got take out of lemon ricotta pancakes. When we opened the container we found 2 not 3 pancakes which is what the number should be and we turned over the pancakes and found they were burnt (see picture). The food soaked in oil, smaller portions and bad cooking has convinced us that Cheesecake lost their good cooks and have hired incompetent cooks who are probably cheaper than the previous crew. The experience with the pancakes is the last straw. I can't see ordering dishes soaked in oil and lacking proper preparation. If this continues Cheesecake will be going out of business. read more

The Cheesecake Factory has seriously gone downhill, especially when it comes to their chicken dishes. I've given this place way more chances than I probably should because I keep hoping it'll be like it was when they first opened, but the chicken has been consistently awful. The chicken comes out raw, overcooked, or God only knows what kind of meat it is. The texture is so strange and unnatural that I actually threw the entire meal away. I'm not going to claim I know what they're using, but something is seriously wrong with the quality and consistency of their chicken. I don't know if it's a supplier issue, how the chicken is being prepared, or what, but they need to figure it out. I keep coming back thinking it's eventually going to be like it was when they originally opened, and I'm disappointed every single time. I've gotten many salads here over the years but mostly the Cobb and Sheila's chick avocado salad. Anyway, the salad this evening was well below standards of my previous visits. The restaurant is kinda dark but with my phone light you can see the lack of chicken and avocado and egg. It's basically lettuce and tomatoes. I was able to find a few strips of chicken and maybe two Thumbnails of small avocado chunks, a few drizzles of egg, very little bacon. Very disappointing. I'd guess there was no more than 2 oz or less of chicken. I usually take home my salad because of the abundance of chicken. Here I had to snack on hard bread to fill me up. Idk what's going on here. A Tuesday evening they were busy and even with reservations I had to wait 15 m to be seated and almost missed my show. Came here to celebrate my birthday and had such a great experience! I already had a cake waiting for me at home but was hoping to snag a free slice of my favorite , the Red Velvet Cheesecake. Turns out you have to sign up for the rewards program at least two weeks in advance to get the birthday slice (pro tip for next time!). Even without the cake, our server was incredibly kind and surprised me with a little cup of ice cream and a birthday candle such a sweet gesture that made my night. We ordered the Chicken Costoletta (perfectly crisp, lemony, and delicious), the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli , and shared the korean spicy chicken bites . Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I also had a Stone IPA, which paired really well with the meal. The vibe was great . we were seated in a quiet, private booth with cozy lighting. The only downside was a bit of a wait, but it's graduation season, so we expected it. All in all, The Cheesecake Factory made me feel truly celebrated on my birthday. Let's start by saying our family usually enjoys eating at the cheesecake factory at just about any location. But last night Sunday 8/23/26 we didn't have a great experience at the Boca location. We have dined here many times for various occasions. Large groups small groups or just two of us without incident and servers have always been great. Upon entering we put our names in for a table for 5. They said it would be a 5-10 minute wait and we saw maybe two families waiting and the lobby was pretty empty so we decided to wait. The wait wasn't terrible but we wondered why so many others who had just came in were being called before us. We finally get seated at the round booth right off the ramp. The seat cushions and cracks still had food lodged in them. Booth wasn't really cleaned properly. Our waiter came over and he wasn't engaging. No greeting no do you need help with the menu just lack of personality. He took out a few paper napkins folded up from his pocket and uncrumpled them and put them on the table. I used a few of those to clean the seats. Halfway through the service is when we knew our servers' name and that's because I asked him what his name was and if he was okay. He was just awkward. We met a young lady at the dessert counter while waiting and she was more engaging than Kyle was!! His lack of engagement impacted our experience. For instance we had my 8 year old little one with us and we were not offered a kids menu. I had to ask for one and I had to ask for a kids cup for her soda because he brought her an adult glass. I will give him credit for not needing to write anything down. He got our orders and they were correct but we had to ask other people to ask him to come to the table. I saw how this was gonna go so I decided to order everything at once so we wouldn't have to search for him. Sliders came out but they were rare a bit too much red in the burger. Our food came out but it wasn't hot we ordered the orange chicken and it wasn't crispy. The shepherds pie wasn't great either. We had to ask for more mashed potatoes. To his credit He did accommodate our requests but a conversation at the table with us and recommendations would've been nice. The shrimp scampi was good and so was the meatloaf and kids chicken tenders. We ordered mango key lime cheesecake, the birthday cake confetti one and Dulce de leche each slice costing about $13 each!!! For 1-slice of cheesecake that is not the same size as it used to be. I was soooo disappointed in the portion size of the mango keylime. Container was Filled with whipped cream and just a sliver of cheesecake!! I went to the dessert counter to ask for a drizzle of strawberry or raspberry and I was told no I can't have any syrup nor can I purchase it!! I was like what ma'am I just bought 3-slices of cheesecake at $13bucks a pop and I can't get a drizzle of syrup!! I was Flabbergasted her reasoning was that I didn't order the peach cheesecake and the ones I ordered does not come with the drizzle. I will no longer be dining at this location! Additionally no more $13 cheesecake for me for a smaller portion size and increased price and no drizzle syrup. Met up with my friend for lunch today. Was craving their brown bread warm and super soft with butter. Delicious! Also had the fried Mac and cheese balls, ate all 4 of them! I got the yuzu lemonade, which came in a tall glass with sugar on the rims, a slice of lemon and some ice. Delicious!! My friend got a mule, I don't remember the flavor but it also came in a tall fancy glass, she loved it! The lunch date was quick because I was working and she was in between doctor appointments, but our server was amazing and took our order fairly quick! For desert we shared a Cinnabon cheesecake, and it was delicious! We were there for maybe 1 1/2 hours and the place got packed quick! Last night I went to Cheese Cake Factory in Boca Raton Town Center with my wife. To celebrate our anniversary. We have visited this franchise in different locations for example : Sunrise, Orlando and Boca Raton. We never experienced such a horrible service. We finish all the appetizers and we ordered on another round of drinks. After that we placed the order for the meal course. I order salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My wife ordered shrink campy pasta. That also took a long time about the same time 20min. The food arrived. The presentation was good however, when I started eating, I noticed the broccoli was really cold. Everything else was warm I'm tasty. My wife plate was really dry and not hot but just warm. So I asked the bartender is he can can replace this broccoli and her plate, the only took back the broccoli not her plate. The bartender apologized for the inconvenience but never took her plate back. The broccoli never got back to me, and my wife plate never was remake or acknowledged. I didn't was to ruin our night so we decide to leave to elsewhere. I ask for the bill, I got charged a full price which is not about the prices, is about the principal. To pay for something that I order and you and came cold and her full plate aswell. We never go back to that location and I do not recommend to anyone!! I was a little worried we'd face a long wait since it's first come, first served, but we were seated within 5-10 minutes which is always a nice start. I came here on a Friday night and the wait time wasn't too bad but I know sometimes it can be a lot longer. Service was also slower since it was a busy Friday night. Our table and environment was clean. I tried something new on their menu this time where I opted for their herb crusted salmon and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. I was truly disappointed with my experience at this location. The workers are racist! Very poor customer service. We came here for my mother's birthday and it's sad that she didn't even recieve her food or any attention when asked politely. We made reservations, and didn't get to order till 2 hours later. The only decent service provider was the Hostess (who happened to be a person of color). I spoke to the manager and expressed my concerns.
