We both ordered coffee, and my friend also treated herself to a slice of cheesecake. My only real complaint was the pricing. The salad, at around $20, felt like a good value considering the size. However, paying $5 for a cup of coffee seemed excessive, and the cheesecake slices are around $10-11. One thing that really stood out was our waitress. She noticed I had a reward in my account and suggested we combine our checks so I could redeem it for a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Kinda wild I haven't reviewed this Cheesecake Factory. We have gotten food to go plenty of times here. A couple of days ago I actually went it to order for the first time there rather than delivery. I was curious if they had a nice bar, and sure enough, they did. A large oak bar with a dreamy fresco painted on the ceiling set a nice mood. The bartender, who was working fast to keep up but was also kind, took my order and had my margarita over quick. The place was bustling busy. All types of groups were there having a good time. It was nice to see. My food came out quick. I had the egg roll combo and the spaghetti. Both were excellent. I've gotten both before, but I was looking for comfort go-to food this day. I finished up with one of there many types of peanut butter cheesecakes. It doesn't make sense the food is of a good quality when you know there menu is far to big for it all to be made well. We have been going to Cheesecake Factory since it opened in Boca and always felt we got a good meal and a reasonable price. This has changed and not for the better. The food is soaked in oil and portions have been reduced while the prices go up. Recently, we got take out of lemon ricotta pancakes. When we opened the container we found 2 not 3 pancakes which is what the number should be and we turned over the pancakes and found they were burnt (see picture). The food soaked in oil, smaller portions and bad cooking has convinced us that Cheesecake lost their good cooks and have hired incompetent cooks who are probably cheaper than the previous crew. The experience with the pancakes is the last straw. I can't see ordering dishes soaked in oil and lacking proper preparation. If this continues Cheesecake will be going out of business. read more

I love the avocado eggrolls, shepherds pie and orange chicken. The salads are also delicious. The bread is addictive and I love the brown bread, but both types are excellent. They reduced the size of their cheesecake slices, not a big deal, but worth noting. I'm a rewards member and this year my free slice was half the size it used to be. I've gotten many salads here over the years but mostly the Cobb and Sheila's chick avocado salad. Anyway, the salad this evening was well below standards of my previous visits. The restaurant is kinda dark but with my phone light you can see the lack of chicken and avocado and egg. It's basically lettuce and tomatoes. I was able to find a few strips of chicken and maybe two Thumbnails of small avocado chunks, a few drizzles of egg, very little bacon. Very disappointing. I'd guess there was no more than 2 oz or less of chicken. I usually take home my salad because of the abundance of chicken. Here I had to snack on hard bread to fill me up. Idk what's going on here. A Tuesday evening they were busy and even with reservations I had to wait 15 m to be seated and almost missed my show. We had a pretty new waiter who took 3 hours to service. This was completely unacceptable and we even told the manager about it. The manager Gill, did almost nothing. Came here to celebrate my birthday and had such a great experience! I already had a cake waiting for me at home but was hoping to snag a free slice of my favorite , the Red Velvet Cheesecake. Turns out you have to sign up for the rewards program at least two weeks in advance to get the birthday slice (pro tip for next time!). Even without the cake, our server was incredibly kind and surprised me with a little cup of ice cream and a birthday candle such a sweet gesture that made my night. Last night I went to Cheese Cake Factory in Boca Raton Town Center with my wife. To celebrate our anniversary. We have visited this franchise in different locations for example : Sunrise, Orlando and Boca Raton. We never experienced such a horrible service. We feel like I was taking too long because like I said the restaurant was about 70% busy. Anyway, we continue with our night having a great time. We finish all the appetizers and we ordered on another round of drinks. After that we placed the order for the meal course. I order salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My wife ordered shrink campy pasta. That also took a long time about the same time 20min. The food arrived. The presentation was good however, when I started eating, I noticed the broccoli was really cold. Everything else was warm I'm tasty. My wife plate was really dry and not hot but just warm. So I asked the bartender is he can can replace this broccoli and her plate, the only took back the broccoli not her plate. The bartender apologized for the inconvenience but never took her plate back. The broccoli never got back to me, and my wife plate never was remake or acknowledged. I didn't was to ruin our night so we decide to leave to elsewhere. I ask for the bill, I got charged a full price which is not about the prices, is about the principal. To pay for something that I order and you and came cold and her full plate aswell. We never go back to that location and I do not recommend to anyone!! No one ever answers the phone, it took 30 minutes to get someone to take the order, they would not come out to curbside after calling 15 minutes, the restaurant is filthy dirty I had to wait in the back room for my curbside pick up. I came here on a Friday night and the wait time wasn't too bad but I know sometimes it can be a lot longer. Service was also slower since it was a busy Friday night. I joined four other friends for dinner in the bar area the night of New Year's Eve. Because I was craving seafood, I ordered the shrimp with lemon and garlic sauce, which was on the Light Fare menu. This dish was pure heaven!!! The angel hair pasta was cooked to perfection, the asparagus was delicious and not too firm or too soft, and the shrimps were incredibly tasty and fresh, every bite was pure ecstasy!!! But even more exquisite was the lemon garlic sauce--words fail me because it was beyond delectable, I savored every bite, regretting that my plate was getting emptier with every morsel. I literally can't remember a better meal in any restaurant at any time, ever. So kudos to the chef for giving me such an exceptional dish on a major holiday, when most restaurants can barely keep up with demand, and the quality of the food usually reflects that fact.
