First time at habit burger! I got the charburger meal with a side salad, it was delicious and fresh. My daughter got the grilled cheese kids meal, really good and it came with a little candy! The place is very clean, the bathrooms were well kept up. The service was fast and polite. I really appreciate the variety of lemonades, ice teas and drinks. read more

Really awesome place. Salad was bad but burger was phenomenal. But that's my fault, right? Who gets a salad at a burger joint? Service was friendly, I had to help translate for my husband as the server spoke with a thick accent. They kept the place immaculately clean with wiping everything down. Bathroom was decent. Parking was okay, enough but not at prime times Overall super cute place. read more

This place is so good that I've literally been twice and always forget to take a picture before I inhale my food haha. This is one of my favorite burger places behind shake shack. Idk what it is, whether it's a mixture of everything together or what, but the burger is perfect every single time. The bread is soft and fluffy and the charburger with cheese tastes so good! I also love to get the half fries half onion rings as the side. The onion rings are some of the best ever. The breading is so tasty and they're huge! I also love their ranch! It's like wing stop ranch it's sooo good!! Staff is always amazing here also. Very efficient and nice and they keep the restaurant clean. Never had a bad experience here. read more

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered through uber eats, apparently the order didn't pick up on their system. Uber driver canceled it, awaiting another. I cannot get into contact with this restaurant. They do not have a direct number and rely on some sort of call center that has no connection to the store. I am incredibly frustrated with the absolute lack of customer support!!!!!!! read more

Use to be a great burger, fry and ring spot. Last two times it had been borderline inedible. Toasted bottom part of bun both last two times made me think they were hiding its staleness when years back buns were super fresh. Even though I like medium well burgers they take it to the next level absolutely horrible. Fries no longer like the past either. And staff both last times seem far different than previous years. As someone who lived in Santa Barbara years ago, I was happy to hear the Habit become a chain and was relatively near by. We decided to make a trip up there. But I'm disappointed. We ordered burgers to go. Two were regular (meat), one was Impossible. None of the burgers were labeled. Also, by the time we got home, the paper wrappings were damp (from grease?). A testament to the Impossible brand, one family member got to the burgers first, and only until she had one of her last bites, did she suspect it was the veggie burger. Therefore, I suddenly had nothing to eat but fries (which were not very flavorful). What a waste of a drive and money. I've never had veggies burgers to go that weren't labeled or in a different wrapper than the meat ones. Even Burger King does that. I hope they make this simple change. read more

Food is good but the service is ABSENT! I was there on Friday 3/28/25 at precisely 1:25 pm it was busy but I was the only person at the counter. Some lady in a grey shirt that was working the register (until I got got to the counter, she ignored me and was literally spinning around whining in Spanish "she was in the weeds and overwhelmed" started putting orders from the grill on the counter "they have the buzzer system" ignored me! ) So as I was at the counter at first sympathetic, lost my patience. The cooks saw me as we made eye contact). I have Ben there a million times and usually there are 2 people at the register during lunch! So either it's a raggedy ass company that has reduced staff or they had callouts? Either way there is no excuse for failure of customer service! Hard Pass and Never going back! I cannot get into contact with this restaurant. They do not have a direct phone line. They rely on some sort of 3rd party call center to handle incoming calls. Definitely a good 3 1/2 star lunch -- made even better because their prices are so reasonable. We had their classic "original" charburger. We got one as a combo with fries and a drink and one alone. The Charburger was quite good. It comes with mayo, chopped crisp lettuce, tomato, grilled/caramelized onions, and a pickle on it. I got mine without the mayo and onions. It has a single ground beef patty. I liked the taste of it all together. You can add extra condiments if you like. There's an area near the soda machine with ketchup, and also peppers -- jalapeños and banana peppers. And limes, too. We got the French fries extra crispy. They were very good and served piping hot. I liked that they weren't coated, too. I would definitely go back, but probably get the double patty next time. They also have salads, chicken, and even a veggie burger. Not very often today can you find a place for lunch under $10 for a meal that you like. You order and pay at the counter. They give you a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. Drinks are self serve. Parking is ample in the parking lot. Although this is a busy shopping center with quite a few restaurants. read more

Me and my son we stopped by this place today between 8:30 and 8;45 oh one 1/19/2026... This place really need a new manage in all the workers in my opinion need to be replaced I ordered Santa Barbara Cobb. When I got home I have two bread with a cheese inside my son ordered a sandwich and sandwich was not the one that he ordered people in this place they work and look like they mad they don't like what they doing I hope the ceo with the general manage from this place change everybody. Did not recommend this place for nobody. polo club by Publix has a sandwich place that's really good too you can use that one. I'm back at 5 stars for Habit. After my frozen salad debacle, Habit asked us to give them another shot and we took them up on the offer. At our next meal, everything was delicious. The chicken, burgers and fries were all fresh and outstanding. Encouraged by this, we have been back quite a few times and have had a good run of solid meals. Food aside, I just want to give a big compliment to Habit for great customer service and actually caring about our experience. They could have easily ignored our complaint. But instead, they put in time to reach out and connect with us. They appeared to sincerely want to learn more about what happened and they definitely put in some notable effort to try and address our concerns. I was impressed actually. Top notch! read more

"One of the worst lunches I've had in Florida." The service is equal to the quality of food - terrible. The wait staff ignores you and forgets things - sides, drinks. You name it. And doesn't apologize, just slams it down in front of you. The food, terrible. Half over cooked and half still frozen. I couldn't even finish my burger. The sweet potato fries were just bad. I'm so disappointed since I've been to their other locations, but I can't even justify giving them a second chance. At $32 for two drinks, burgers and fries, I'll head back to better options. Avoid this place. Let them learn what quality really is. read more

Solid spot! We tried it on a whim and I'm so glad we did. We each got a double cheese burger - they come with fries and a drink. It was about 10$ each- so reasonable. The burgers also come with Sautéed onions, LTO, Mayo- so good! I got mine in a lettuce wrap! They also had I believe a tuna, veggie and a beyond burger option for the no- meat eaters. Plenty of seats inside and out- would recommend if you're in the area! Similar to Burger Fi/fast food casual type of spot but def not as expensive. The other table is getting rowdy and annoyed not seeing him either now. I see that table out of the corner of my eye getting annoyed with him. They're ready to go, as are we. We finally get the check and they charged us $4.50 for the bread. Confused I asked about that mistake. He then told us he sent his manager over to talk to us (you did?) and he'll send him over again. So now we just want to leave but are waiting for the manager. The man who delivered the bread comes over. Tells me it depends how thick it is. Sometimes it's 3 sometimes it's 4 pieces (referring to the individual halves of bread) that's why we were charged for a side of bread. He then tells me the server must not have understood. I was very clear and asked for a half a piece- letting him know we always order this. I didn't ask for 2 slices with butter- which they brought. The manager offers to knock a few bucks off but it's made in house so that's all he'll do. I'm not really happy I didn't want all that, I didn't order it and really if your server misunderstood why am I being charged? (Plus we're already frustrated waiting there, we've been ready to go for a while at this point) Meanwhile the table next to us gets up to talk to the manager who's busy "fixing" our check as they also just want to leave. They're clearly frustrated as well. Then the server comes by and asks us if everything was solved. Not really but sort of. I hear him go to the manager behind us ... and the manager says "I'm going to charge them something for it" Someone else from that other table comes over to complain to us about how this place is going downhill. They also used to really like it there- but now they're spending their whole afternoon in there. We have a lovely chat about how frustrating this experience has been before the server comes back with our revised check. So I went from coming here at least once a month (literally my open table shows me coming here 3 times since the middle of March) but I will not be returning anytime soon and I have a feeling neither will that other party (Also on their menu on their website the bread is only $4.25 so we were overcharged no matter how you look at it. But you won you charged us something!)

After being cooped up for what felt like a century, my fam and I decided to break free and venture out into the big wide world to make sure our city hadn't turned into a ghost town! Hungry vibes led us to Park Place, where we stumbled upon the intriguingly place named "Habit Burger." Talk about a quirky moniker! Inside, we were greeted by friendly faces, with smiles all around. The place was nice and entizing!!! Burgers, mountains of fries, and onion rings galore were promptly ordered to vanquish our hunger pangs aside from burgers. We couldn't resist the perfect weather, so we opted to dine al fresco. Minutes later, our feast was ready, and let me tell you, those fries were so crispy they could rival a chip factory! The onion rings were downright heavenly, cooked just the way we liked them. The food was a flavor explosion, the setting was picturesque, and the staff were as charming as can be. I even noticed a team member popping out now and then to spruce up the joint for the next lucky diner. Bellies full and hearts content, we left with only one minor issue: the irresistible urge to nap or face the dreaded post-feast diet dilemma (oops!). But hey, it was totally worth it! She explained our options as we asked a few questions. There is also an ordering kiosk for manual ordering. A group of 3 women came in after us and were served before us. There wasn't a long wait for the food anyway. I had a mushroom Swiss burger combo with tomato, onion & pickle, and my wife had the "Hamburdog" combo. It's a burger with hotdogs on it. Both burgers came served on a potato bun. Everything was fresh. The burger part was a little small compared to the bun size, but the meat had great flavor. The combo came with "hand cut style" fries (they still had some skin on them intentionally) and a drink. The soda was self-serve. My wife loved the "Hamburdog." The metal seats were a little hard on the bottom, but the place seemed clean. There is a large screen TV hanging in the eating area. There was an outdoor seating area also. The men's room seemed in pretty good shape. We ordered cookies (3) to go and I had to go up and ask for them because it seemed like they forgot about us (they did). It costed around $32 for the 2 combo's plus the $2.79 for the 3 cookies. Not bad for a good tasting burger combo meal. What made it good was that everything was delicious and fresh. My wife already wants to go to the Wellington store (closer to us) to get another "Hamburdog." We saw someone else ordering chicken tenders and they seemed to be a good size too. The staff is friendly enough and the atmosphere is perfectly acceptable. The problem is that service moves at approximately the speed of continental drift, and getting the order you actually placed seems to be treated more as an aspiration than a requirement. And it's not just me. Watching customers open their bags has started to feel like a game show: "Let's see what you won!" Then there are the cost-cutting clues. The nice fountain-drink cups they originally used have apparently been replaced by Styrofoam cups that look like they came with a church picnic starter kit. The shakes, meanwhile, have undergone an extraordinary transformation. What used to be a respectable milkshake is now roughly the size of a laboratory sample. At this rate, another round of cost cutting and they'll be serving them in communion cups. But the biggest mystery is management. Someone invested serious money building and opening this restaurant, yet it appears to be operated almost entirely by very young employees without an experienced manager visibly running the floor. That's not a criticism of the kids. They're doing what teenagers do. The question is: where is the adult whose investment is riding on whether the burgers come out correctly? Restaurants--especially burger restaurants--are opening and closing at an incredible pace these days. You would think that after spending all that money on construction, equipment, franchise fees, signage, and inventory, somebody might consider spending a few dollars on an experienced on-site manager. MOOYAH actually has a good product, which is what makes this frustrating. This location doesn't need a new concept, a new menu, or a corporate task force. It needs one competent adult with a clipboard and a sense of urgency. Otherwise, I give it six months. Hopefully I'm wrong. I'd like to come back next year. Although if the shakes keep shrinking at their current rate, I may need to bring a magnifying glass. One star for the staff, one star for the burgers

A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Order is never right, I was missing part of the meal and instead of telling me that they just gave me my food and said nothing like I wouldn't noticed. I asked them for it, they said they were "out", I asked them to check and magically they had more of that product; sheer laziness. The service is unbelievably SLOOOOOWWW. We have continuously tried to give this location chance after chance but it is beyond clear that the owners either straight up do not care or just aren't active in their business. I came back about 2 months later and realized the coupons were given to me expired for a month prior already when they were give to me (expiration: 3/31/26) . What a joke. They are prioritizing volume over customer service but hey, at least the food is good if you have all the time in the world. UPDATE: Increasing my review score because despite my disappointment, the business owners were at least professional enough to reply to my review and admit the mistake. I hope that other customers don't have to go through the same embarrassment of having a coupon denied considering the situation. If you know you are giving away expired coupons to unhappy customers, I think it would be smart to just accept the coupons no matter what.
