This Keke's is on the Delray Commons Shopping Center on the South West corner of Atlantic Ave. at the intersection of Military Road. This chain was started in 2006 by 2 brothers in that couldn't find a quality breakfast spot in Philly. Keith & Kevin combined the first 2 letters of heir names forming KeKe. They are now in Texas, California, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee & 65 locations all over Florida. I think my breakfasts are pretty good, so I don't usually go our for breakfast. This morning I met friends here who said it is the best breakfast around. They are known for large portions, cleanliness, good service & an endless menu. We all enjoyed brunch while takeout, delivery, & catering are options. I had a grilled chicken Carolina salad. My salad was fresh, and filled with all kinds of delicious cheese, pecan & vegetables. Friends enjoyed their Panini, BLT, omelettes and pancakes. Isabel, our waitress was very accommodating, providing separate checks and checking in on us often. Keke's is open from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering pancakes, omelets, salads, bowls and sandwiches. Vegan & gluten free options are available with the calories marked on the menu. There was an appealing children's menu.

I like the clean, bright, modern layout of this place... perfect for breakfast or lunch. My Ham & Cheese Omelet with Wheat Bread was very good. I usually don't have Home Fries, it came also and I have to say was very good as well. Pancakes were good. Everything served very hot, much appreciated. All in all its a solid place, so I give it 5 stars for being exactly what it's supposed to be, a very good breakfast in a nice atmosphere... very nice staff, convenient. Pricing very fair.

We were seated very quickly and our booth was clean and roomy. Our server was friendly and very thorough while taking our orders. Unfortunately my omelet came out with no cheese in it, but it was still good, though a bit greasy and on the small side. The grits were excellent and piping hot, but the turkey bacon was disgusting. It wasn't cooked enough and it was clearly a cheap, processed brand of turkey bacon. It had a rubbery consistency and tasted awful - I spit out the bite I did have. I thought the quality would be better. Maybe other menu items are great but I can only go off of what I ordered today. All in all, not a fan. First Watch is where it's at for me!

Craving some benedict eggs, where nice, not something i would come back for though. Polenta would've been better to avoid. Juice was fresh. Server was nice and efficient. Restaurant really clean

Great breakfast spot. We got the western omelette with bacon and home fries and we also got waffles to share. They were both great. Would come back again, the ambiance was nice and chill spot and the coffee was great. Service was great too

Food was amazing! Delicious, plentiful and eye pleasing! The service was very good but was difficult to get a refill. The coffee cup was a bit small for the amount of food. The ambiance was a large industrial feel. The acoustics a bit noisy due to the metal ceiling but tolerable. All in all a great experience and I definitely will return!!

first time with one of these chains newly opened in my area so I tried it. It was crowded as usual for breakfast. Had to wait for about 25 minutes. The front two people were just OK. I asked questions. They didn't really help me at all. sat down we had the pancakes, Florida pancakes, and we also had the combo which was two eggs and tomatoes. Honestly, I think it's way overpriced and then on top of everything else, they offered me maple syrup because I asked for it for an additional $1.99 really after spending $16 for pancakes. I should spend another $1.99 for syrup obviously people like it cause it was crowded. My opinion is is expensive for what they give you the waiter Jonathan was very nice.

I had heard about this new breakfast & lunch restaurant and decided to try it. Surprised how big it is, seats 179 people and it was busy. A chain out of Philly with a huge menu. All kinds of egg, French toast, pancakes, waffles, salads, panni's, burgers, and sandwiches. I tried the Southwest Omelet, tomato, onion, jalapeño & pepper jack cheese, petal sauce, and salsa. Comes with a choice home fries or grits, toast , and cheese. Huge portion and very good. My ordered the Scrambler Bowl,2 eggs your way, 3 vegetables, and cheese on home fries with toast. She thought it was just ok.

They just opened a week ago but word of mouth has spread and it was busy! Expected a 25 min wait when we called to check if they were open. By the time we got here was quoted 15 but we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Food was great portion size and tasty too. Service was fantastic! Our server was Anna G and she checked on us numerous times and topped off our coffee multiple times as well. Honestly even better service than what we usually get in Boca restaurant. A bit noisier than Boca, hopefully they can add some wood panels on the open ceiling. And would love to get rid of the square mugs but I know that's a Keke's thing!

Found parking right out front and there was a public parking lot right across the way. It was pretty busy and we were lucky to have grabbed a table inside. The line moved quickly but grows quicker! It's a bit pricey but it was a good meal! The pistachio latte was really good and not too sweet, I also got a chicken caesar wrap which was filling and tasted good. My son got the steak bowl which was a great portion (he's 3). And my friend got the steak sandwich which looked bomb!

I was especially excited to see outdoor seating since we have three little ones with us, which made everything so much easier. The moment we walked in, all of our kids' faces lit up--we all just said, "wow!" It's truly a beautiful space. I'd love to come back for a quiet date with my husband sometime. I ordered an iced pink chai latte and it was delicious (my kids kept trying to steal sips ). My husband got a cold brew with cold foam and really enjoyed it. The kids had donuts and were very happy, so overall it was a win for everyone. My only complaint would be the cup sizes. The 12oz felt surprisingly small--it was gone after just a few sips! My husband and I both laughed because we felt the same way. We'll definitely be back!

When you first walked in you are literally transported into Wonderland. It is so whimsical! We spent a good 10 minutes just looking around the restaurant and taking pictures it was so cute! Our waitress, Alana, quickly greeted our table and was so adorable and happy! We even commented to her that we've never seen a server be so happy and she told us about all the perks of working there. We quickly decided what we wanted to order, and then patiently waited for our food. Much to our surprise they had singers in the restaurant! Forbes serenaded us a few times and then, Alana belted it out some Disney Tunes! Both of their voices were incredible and it was a nice treat. The food arrived, and it was scrumptious! The birthday girl had the key and said it was so delicious! My fiance had the waffle and ate every bite. I had the stuff Nutella and pistachio croissant and it was good, although it seemed over toasted. All in all we had such a beautiful birthday brunch at this Cafe. The croissant is certainly the real deal. You can taste the butter goodness in every bite. Flaky on the outside, buttery on the inside. This is no store bought croissant. The latte had a full robust coffee flavor that lasted throughout the drink without getting that bottom of the drink watery taste. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. I vaguely remember this from another past trip. I did not write about. She's not top of the Customer Service universe. When I came to the counter, I was standing there. She was checking her cell phone and I had to finally say good morning to get her to disengage from the digital universe. Her one staff member is shy and quiet, but very pleasant. The croissant is one of the few that I have seen that is not the Montmartre croissant, with the highest whirl and the soft interior with the more lightly flaky crust. This is the old school, highly flaky one. Very tasty, but small for three dollars. The coffee was excellent and as I asked for it. I still wouldn't come out of my way to go here. It's a very small step over Starbucks in the mall next-door. Star down for pour hospitality and somewhat dirty space. Rather than checking her cell phone she should be out there looking at all the crumbs on the tables and chairs that probably need to be cleaned up while her assistant is busy actually preparing food. She might be well served by putting somebody on the counter who is more suited to Customer Service. She warms up to a few people she likes, but you have to treat everybody with the same level of respect and grace. She does not. It's unusual, in Florida, to be exposed to someone who could give you frostbite, like a Minnesota January. Puts the mean into her demeanor. Cette attitude peut fonctionner en Paris, et à Boca. Elle ne fait rien pour m'amener dans votre établissement. Faire preuve de grâce et de gentillesse, c'est de l'or.

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!
