Macy's located in the good old Quakerbridge mall. It has 2 floors to it with plenty of cash registers available on site making customer services a lot more enjoyable. Staff is welcoming and helpful. It is fairly easy to navigate around the store. There is never a problem to return an item, customer service desk does a great job assisting with returns and etc. Parking is usually never a problem here but does get busy sometimes. Thank you for reading this and I hope you find this helpful.

It's been a long time since I visited a department store at the mall. Amazon is killing it, however, with Mother's Day approaching my mother likes a good old fashion gift card to Macy's which she still holds in highest regards as THE department for perfume and make up. Macy's always feels & smells the same since as long as I can remember and this Macy's is the one I came too every year at Christmas growing up. I couldn't help but think how these overpriced bedazzled flip flops and Coach purses still have primo floor space. There's always at least an outfit on a display that I think to myself "oh there's wear ugly weird shirt come from" that you see people in Hamilton out and about in. I headed to the clearance section or as my mother would say "Clarence" to see if I couldn't find some 2x work out pants. Surprisedly, I found two pair, one of which was only $8. The racks were pretty unorganized, which is fine when things are 70% BUT I can't be sorting thru every size on every rack. Ended up with 5 clearance items for $65 plus the $50 gift card. Check out was awful, I felt like I lost of my life waiting, and it wasn't busy at all.

I went to look for a new foundation that is especially for my skin, and Anna was above and beyond helpful.

I used to go to this mall plenty of times in the past when I still lived in New Jersey. However, as…read morethe years have gone on the mall has degraded over time for most of the same reasons as to why many malls today are going out. The stores are all going out due to too much online shopping, as well as shoplifting, and of course the variety of stores shrinking over time. The mall used to have a much better variety of stores in the past from a toy store, a Wendy's, a Chick-fil A, and many other stores that are no longer a part of it. The mall today is almost completely barren and empty with little to no surviving stores left which is sad. Sure it has been modernized and renovated over the years to help give it a more modern feel, but it is only a matter of time before it is completely gone and torn down to make room for another warehouse. The only good thing about it now is the food court selection is slightly better than in the past and all the food places are all in the same vicinity not scattered like it used to be. But in the end, the stores now don't offer the same quality or value of products you would get in the past when there were much better stores to choose from.

It is neither quaking, nor bridged, nor particularly Quaker, though I did feel a strange spiritual calm while waiting in line at Auntie Anne's, watching dough be twisted into symbols of carbohydrate comfort. Inside, time folds in on itself like a pair of clearance khakis. There are stores selling perfume, gadgets, jeans tight enough to restrict original thought. There's a Cheesecake Factory, which exists on the same moral plane as purgatory: vast, overlit, and full of folks trying to remember what it was they came in for. The mall is clean. The ceilings are high. The escalators move up and down like Sisyphus with a corporate sponsor. No one seems to know why they're there, but they are, floating from JC Penney to Old Navy in a retail daze. The air smells faintly of artificial scents and unspoken longing. There's something poetic about a mall in the 21st century. A living fossil. A place where you can still see teenagers in small herds, clutching bubble tea and dreams. Where old men power-walk past Forever 21, defiant in orthopedic sneakers. Where the Apple Store shines like a sterile shrine to tech-assisted distraction. Three stars. Not because it's bad; it's not. It is precisely what it claims to be: a mall. A decent one. One with enough stores to feel like you might find something, even if you don't know what you're looking for. It would get four stars if it had a decent bookstore. It would get five if it could answer why I felt slightly lonelier when I left than when I arrived.

Don't expect top notch department store boutique service. It's more of a warehouse of hidden gems and things. You sort through stuff until you find something. I just purchased sweatpants at 10:30pm at night lol The store is alway cluttered and messy but again it's like a warehouse. I usually wash garments I purchase from here before wearing them. This store often has really great women's dresses and workout gear. There is also a home goods section in the back and it is just okay. I like this store. There's also a ton of beauty supplies and snacks/candy. It's not my go to but certainly a great place to have available when needed.
