I feel that the class itself is a gift of so much more than just yoga. Cassie is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. What I enjoy the most though, is her knowledge in the areas of yoga, and the female body - especially in this delicate time. I learn something new in every class and always leave feeling refreshed, calmed, and further educated. I love the way we start most classes introducing ourselves and chatting a bit. All girls in this position have things they'd love to chat about w girls in a similar position, but sometimes need an ice breaker. This helps w that and just makes everyone feel more comfortable and welcome. And she offers hot tea if she's made some :) love it My only regret is that I didn't find her months ago.

I gave it a very long try before reviewing. It's OK. Locker rooms nice. Yoga/Pilates space nice,…read morebut often music blocks out instructors' voices. Some of the instructors are AMAZING. They meet you where you are, as advertised, and are helpful rather than hypercritical. Thank you to them. Not all, though. You won't hear a lot of "honor yourself" or "breathe into it" or movement with breath instructions. Last week I heard, "Last week's class did all of this, so DO IT." "I've already worked out 2.5 hours today, so you have no excuse." "It's a good thing I'm pregnant or else you wouldn't be getting so many breaks." "You can drink water when we break for it." Last I checked, yoga is not a competitive sport. As for the place itself, water constantly leaks from a pipe or the water fountain or both. I and several others nearly fell because there's no wet floor sign, no towels put down, and the floor is tile. I called it out and got, "that always happens," so I laid towels and warned ppl myself. Safety not a first priority, nor cleanliness given that. I thought about bringing a friend who is physically limited, but I didn't want to risk a fall. Finally, while it may be fixed now, the humidifier has been broken for weeks, with many promises that it'll be fixed by a certain day, then the part is on order but "will be here today." Then "next week" ... practicing is possible in dry heat, but stating the room is always 40% when it's not is misleading. Dry air breeds more bacteria, and winter is rough on sinuses and muscles as it is. (Of course, some may not care, but the humidity was a #1 reason why I chose Drip.) Emily did extend membership for a week (verbally, but it never reflected on my account). Not clear whether I will pay for a new membership or not. I'm going to try a few more places first. Biggest concern aside from those, though, I often overheard instructors/owner complaining loudly about members and their complaints, and gossiping, which doesn't create the best vibe in the space. If it's important to you that the energy match your practice intentions, something to consider. But again ... Ilyce, great. Nicole, great. Dragan, intense but great. Briana, great. Watch the water on the floor and the possible lack of humidity, and look for those instructors, and you're mostly good to go.

The trainer, Stephanie, was literally the best trainer ever. So motivational, encouraging, positive, understanding, and just overall incredible. Definitely take a class with her! The studio itself is bigger than it looks like from the outside. It's so clean, modern, and the staff definitely takes care of you. The actual rooms where the workouts take place are pitch black with colored low lights and you can hear the music blasting from them when you pass by. I loved it! Stephanie played great, heart pumping music for our class, too. I will definitely be back here for another class with Stephanie or with other instructors. I'd love to try another cycling class and also different classes since they have so many. Thank you Inspyr for a powerful workout!

Most…read morestudios are nice with pleasant instructors but I believe i found a gold mine in the Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center. Alina, a most gifted instructor is exceptional. She goes beyond teaching just the moves and emphasizes their connection to diaphragmatic breathing which results in a deep meditative state throughout the practice. Imagine doing an entire practice with eyes closed. This serves to quiet us so we can really listen and feel our bodies. In the three months I have practiced under Alina, I sleep better and my sinus condition has virtually disappeared. I am off my meds. There is no one like Alina!

Not only are the instructors top-notch, but the yogi community is gentle and supportive. With classes seven days a week, offering hot yoga, hot flow, pilates, breathwork and meditation workshops, there is always an opportunity to find a little peace in our busy world.
