It's truly magic at Macy's around Christmastime. The lights, the hanging ornaments, the trees, the garland. I'm so happy just walking around. This Macy's is honestly huge in my opinion (not quite like NYC but it's up there!). I come here year round and they seem to always have deals. Their women's dress section is huge -- it feels like they've got something for every occasion, same with their shoe, jewelry, makeup, bedding, and home sections! Honestly I feel like they have it all? I can only imagine how hard it might be to keep up with stock and yet everytime I'm there, it feels fully stocked and organized. Sometimes you have to walk a little to find a register with someone working it, but that's the price you pay for finding good deals! I always make a point of stopping into this Macy's store whenever I am shopping at the Natick Mall. They have a great selection of clothing in the women's clothing department. I have bought many sweaters as well as Summer clothing from this location and the things that I have bought have always been of excellent quality. I get a lot of Macy's coupons in the mail and they always come in handy when I am shopping here. I score some good deals in the store with the sales they run here as well as with the coupons that I receive. I also enjoy shopping the cosmetic counters at this location and the sales clerks behind the counters always have excellent product recommendations for skincare, cosmetics and fine fragrances. The store is always neat, clean and products nicely arranged so the store is very pleasant to shop in. I always look forward to visiting this location. read more

I went to return a comforter I bought online at Macys on sale. The comforter was defective as the stitching made permanent wrinkles in comforter and the material was very thin. Not good quality After some discussion with the sales clerk I was able to return and get credited for the comforter and sales tax. I asked the clerk to take off the $10.99 for shipping and she said she didn't know how to do it. I was told to go to customer service I went to customer service and he told me he could not do it but I should call Macys customer service on phone. I asked him for the telephone number and he said he did not know. Finally I went up to executive office the person in charge told me it was not their policy to return shipping charges even if the purchase was defective. I purchased two items on line. One of the items was incorrect so it had to be returned. I paid with my Mastercard. I received an email that said I would be getting a gift card that could not be exchanged for money. After waiting 40 minutes on the phone, the first customer service person was unable to help me. I then got transferred to someone I could not understand because of the language barrier. I asked for a supervisor and he told me he wouldn't transfer me. I informed him that I paid with my credit card and wanted the refund credited to that card. He said he could not do it. I informed him that it was against the law and he became indignant. At that point, I told him that I would put a stop on my credit card. It was so difficult to communicate with this person, who refused to transfer me to the Supervisor. Last two visits were terrible. Only 1 person working the register in the Women's Clothing section. Even with a long line of people, the person at the register was having small talks and taking eons. When it's my turn, there is no hello. I ask about the long wait and I'm told I just have to be patient. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. I go back today, and again there was only 1 register. I looked for return section and asked an employee on the floor if there were other registers open. I was told that there was only one, which was the one I was at initially but decided to step out to see if there was another one. I got to Macy's at 1:32 pm today and it wasn't until 2:18 when I was able to return 2 items. I was at INC register with the sales rep, Zenny, and when it's my turn, she says there is another department that handles returns and that if she were to process mine, she has to ensure that my items get to the right department, and she has no time for that. I waited, enduring an excruciating back pain that came on with my 5 year old son, and she turned me away. I looked for the said return department, and didn't see one. I ended up returning the items at At your service, where there were no clear indication that they did returns. The manager, Phaeda, claimed that there were other registers open, which even Zenny as well as others on the floor contradicted. I will not be shopping at Macy's for a while if at all. I should add, I'm sure Phaeda was trying to calm me down because I was yelling, and she sh'ed me. Please train your employees. Unacceptable. read more

We had the great pleasure of being there while the personal stylist , Betty, was working. We can not imagine any one being kinder, more considerate, or more familiar with the gowns and styles than Betty. She is the absolute best. She made a nerve inducing experience absolutely great. Have been a Macy's customer for over thirty years and have purchased several furniture items. Purchased a "superior quality" Italian leather sectional August 2016 at Natick store. Started with live chat, transferred, then asked to call customer service, then transferred again thirty minutes later. End result Macy's will do nothing as manufacturer warranty is for one year and worry no more protection is a joke, don't purchase it. Lesson learned. Very dissatisfied with a lack of service based on my loyalty to Macy's. I have reached out to manufacturer and will see their response to quality defects in the leather that are showing after 15 months. Will not be back to Macy's to purchase furniture! Its Macy's Its crowded it's hot, uncomfortable unorganized missing cashiers. We went interview clothes shopping for my wife. The couch near the dressing room had metal buttons. My son's forehead and daughter's nose both met these buttons, so they left with some nice scars. I have no idea why I continue to deal with Macy's, in particular on line ordering and customer service. Four days after ordering an item for in store pickup I receive an email saying the item is back ordered and if I am unwilling to wait then I should reply to their email. I immediately respond "cancel my order". I receive a system generated response quoting my response of "cancel my order". Now three weeks later I get an email that my purchase is ready for pick up. What the? So I first try the chat function and find that it's really just an online FAQ with canned responses. I then call customer service and after going through the prompt gauntlet the system says it will transfer me to an attendant. Phone rings once and then I am disconnected. Call back and navigate the prompts again. Finally get through to an attendant and am told they cannot cancel my order. Really? After finally getting to a supervisor I am told that the order will automatically be cancelled if I don't pick it up on 7 days. She assured me I wouldn't be charged. We shall see! Macy's CS is awful! You would think I would have learned since last Christmas they pulled the weighted blanket I ordered as a gift right off the shelf and mailed it "as is", not in a plain box so the recipient could see what it was when it was delivered. Uhg! Should have learned my lesson. Well now I have UPDATE: Guess what I was charged for today? Yup, the item I never picked up. This Macy's has a large shoe department; I came in looking for a particular pair of shoes, that I had previously put on hold. Needless to say they had sold my shoes and I didn't even get an apology. I simply was told that my shoes were sold. When I asked why the 24-hour hold policy wasn't enforced the sales associate simply ignored me and walked way. I asked to speak to the manager but after waiting 20-minutes for him/her to show up, I gave up and decided to vent on Yelp about my horrible experience. This Macy's location is standard size but I notice the men's department is huge with a very large shoe department. I bought a suit here and the sales people were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. They even helped me to save a bit more money by allowing me to use a few coupons on a purchase. It's Thursday during the day and it looks like nobody cares about how the store looks. There are lots of garments on the floor and lots of random clothes on racks everywhere. This is one of the better Macy's that I've been to. Granted, I think it has to do with the fact that it's in Natick, but you'll find great brands and sales here. My only issue with this location is that it is constantly messy. I'm incredibly OCD so it may be my bias talking, but it drives me nuts when there are clothes and products everywhere. I think it's disrespectful to the brands and the customer. Despite the lack of organization here, the staff is always pleasant and helpful and at the end of the day, that's probably the most important quality a company should possess. Sometimes you can find a good deal here, but it's not even worth it. The sales people are frustrating and rude to deal with. I was just in there the other day trying to get a sales person in the shoe department to get me a pair of boots in my size. I asked many times and the sales man kept making excuses as to why he could not get me them in the back. I asked other workers in the department, and again they were much to busy doing whatever they had to do. Then, one of the workers decided to take a break from whatever they had been doing to get us costumers sizes. I was waiting the longest but decided to help the lady who had only been waiting about a minute. The kind lady said "shouldn't you help her first." and the worker says.. "nope." They lost out on a 50 dollar sale. I would much rather take my business to the other side of the mall where there is a Nordstrom. I had probably the best makeup experience here today since the first time I bought myself nice makeup (Dior inside Bloomingdales in the Aventura Mall in Florida ). I came here from the MAC store after being pretty disappointed with the service. When I buy makeup not at CVS, I usually try to rely on the advice of a talented make-up artist/salesperson. I first went to the MAC stand in Bloomingdales and the only person on duty was someone who had override my request for "conservative makeup I can wear to work" and said that I should just be a "Mac glamour girl as long as you don't work with customers". Yep, that won't work. I think I'll pass on the dark purple glitter eyeshadow in the office thanks. So I popped down to Bobbi Brown and was helped by Laura who is one of two very nice, talented, and helpful makeup artists I have ever had help me since I started wearing makeup. Not only did she select colors I would have never selected myself that looked great on me but she explained the color theory behind it and told me what I should look for and avoid in products for my personal use. Basically, she seemed to know a lot more about makeup than the bulk of Sephora & MAC people I have had help me in the past. I highly recommend this Bobbi Brown & Laura, especially if you need help selecting the right products and shades. read more

I was waiting in line to pay for shoes. The guy is like: who helped you? I said my sister, I don't know who helped her but I want to pay for these shoes. The guy refused to ring me, he assumed it was some lady walking around who was helping other people and told me to wait for her after I already waited 15min. I told him I don't have time. Okay, here's my story to this "past their prime" department store that, in all probability, will be out of business completely within the next couple of years, partly because of the way they deal with their customers (including me). I placed an order online for a product that was readily available on Tuesday. This product was available for a fantastic price, so I was genuinely excited to get it. I received a confirmation email and notification that it had shipped, and would be arriving on Saturday. I checked on Wednesday and Thursday of that week to see if the price went any lower, but it hadn't. In the meantime, nothing had changed on my delivery date, it was still due on the Saturday. On Friday, I checked again, and the product was no longer available, but my tracking number said it would still be here Saturday (tomorrow). I called Macy's, and the girl confirmed that Yes, it was still coming tomorrow. Starting to get a bit nervous, I went to the UPS website and put in the tracking number, and they said it hadn't even been delivered to their site yet. So, I called Macy's again, only to find out that my order, to which Macy's had taken my money and given my a tracking number and date of arrival, said that apparently my package got lost in the warehouse and, because there were no more of my product in stock, then I was out of luck and could only be offered a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund, I wanted the product at the great price it was offered. They however refused to reorder the product and honor the price they offered. Instead, all I got was some fake and insincere, "We're sorries" from the supervisor and a promise to refund my money. It is disgusting that a corporation like Macy's refuses to take care of their customers and put them first. Instead, they would rather sit idly by and watch their loyal customers like myself become disgruntled and never go back there (which I won't). It's also appalling at the lack of training that Macy's employees get. It seems that not one person knows what's going on, and that you never get the same response twice. Bottom line, I will never be going back because of this experience. As it was, I wasn't going much because of the ridiculous way they offer coupons, where literally 90% of the items are excluded. Basically, you can buy Jelly Belly jelly beans with the coupon, as that's the only product not excluded. What an absolutely disgusting and frustrating experience!!! I guess this place is going the way of Sears. I went here today and there was very little stock and what there was... was all over the floor. It looked like a hurricane hit the place. Then, the store opened at 10:55 am. They came and opened all the doors. I went in with several other people and this ridiculous employee stops me to stay the store is closed. I told her the door was open and she goes.. but the lights aren't on. I ignored her but it is like lady, that isn't my problem. Even when I worked retail I didn't expect people to assiduously wait until 11:00:00 before walking in when someone inside opened the door early. Perhaps if she concentrated on picking up the stock off the floor and putting things in order she wouldn't be worrying about me. read more

I can't speak to the rest of the store, but I consistently receive excellent service in the Men's suit department, where I've been shopping for over seven years. The associates here are friendly, helpful and offer good advice on what to buy. I've had especially good experiences with Jeffrey and Anna. Prices are high, but there is almost always a sale at Macy's. Honestly, I can't figure out who pays full price here. They offer tailoring through the store but don't bristle when I say I'll take it to my tailor. When they didn't have a pair of pants in my size Anna found them at a store in Arlington, VA and made arrangements over the phone to have them sent to my house. My only complaint is that this section (really, the whole store) gets disheveled quickly. Since I shop here only during the approximately 236 1-DAY SALES Macy's has, staff is usually too busy with customers to be straightening up. Go very early or very late and things will be more in order. read more

WONDERFUL! Amazing Macy's store in the Natick Mall (so much better than Brockton, South Shore and North Attleborough). Has everything you'd ever need and is normally clean and organized. They always are ahead of the game in terms of stock (they have spring stuff in February!), and have tons of gems in the gigantic clearance departments, a lot of the time even better deals that stores like TJ Maxx. The men's department is huge and much larger than some of the other Macy's locations I have visited, and prices are reasonable, and quality on most products I've boughten have been pretty great. The staff are friendly for the most part, and the managers I have spoken with have been kind and seem to take an interest in improving the store to make it better for customers in any way (they have been very considerate of the suggestions I have made....). The only thing that is really annoying still is the fact that the Macy's Website lists the Natick store at 1245 Worcester Road, when it should be 1245 Worcester Street. While they haven't fixed this, it's a trifle, and I shouldn't worry about it too much. Do note that if you are unfamiliar with the area and plugging in this place into your GPS, to use 1245 Worcester Street though! Definitely a good place to add onto a "Shopping Spree" list if you are headed to the Natick Mall. read more

I know everything is in an upheaval with Covid 19, but there is no excuse for the way the Macy's Natick Ma looked yesterday when I was there. I would not even have attempted to go there during this time but an item I had recently ordered online was not what I ordered and I needed to exchange it. It was from the women's undergarment department. When I stepped into that department, it was disgraceful. There was underwear all over the floor; whatever was on racks was so disorganized, it was hard to find sizes and brands and if they weren't on the floor they were piled on top of racks in no order whatsoever. Needless to say I did not exchange or return my item as there was no sales associate in that department. To add to the bad state, the escalator was not working and was stalled and had to be used as stairs, both for going up and coming down. There was no way to social distance as people going either way just came up or down not caring if they were going to pass someone on the stairs within 2 feet of each other. I later learning there is an elevator somewhere and I could have used that but no sign indicating that. Macy's is my go-to department store for so many things that I hope they do not "go under." read more
