Most play places are definitely not that steep. That aside, we had a great time here. My kids loved it! There's so much to do. There's an arcade, a climbing wall, multiple bounce houses, and a giant play structure with fun slides. Plus a smaller play structure for toddlers! We were here for almost two hours and they were so tired when we left (the whole point!) Also, LOVE that they have the Watering Hole here for adults! We treated ourselves to a couple of drinks while the kids had a blast. You're able to walk around with the drinks too which is awesome. The selection is kind of limited and the wine wasn't my favorite (switched to a local IPA after that) but it is a fun added bonus for the parents. When we booked the party we were offered a bunch of different optional add-ons for additional charges including options for food, drinks, cupcakes, a meet and greet with a mascot character, etc. We chose to add an additional hour of time, the decorations package, and the balloon cannon. For decorations they have tons of themes to choose from and we chose Bluey. The decorations were so cute and there were pretty table clothes, themed plates and napkins, and lots of table decorations. The balloon cannon was fantastic! We played keepy-uppy like in the show Bluey, but the addition of the cannon just made the game so much more amazing! Our son and his friends had an incredible time and the adults all really appreciated that inside the play area are lots of comfy chairs and couches to lounge on while the kids play. Throughout the party the staff were so lovely and helpful! They checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and at the end even did all the tidying.
