They have sweet chai and a spiced chai. For me, the best is half of each. And they do carry alternative "milks." The staff are absolutely the best! The line could be out the door and service is fast, efficient, yet not rushed and they're very kind. The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. It's fun to see new items to try. The environment is lovely. It's comfortable to sit and relax. There's outdoor seating and all of it, inside and out, are beautiful, comfortable. They have larger tables that seat up to 8 which has given me the opportunity to meet new people. And there are private tables to do your computer work. They truly have it all. There were two men working behind the counter. One man was taking orders while the other was making coffee. Both men were very kind, polite, and appeared to be rather delighted to be working that morning. I had a Hazelnut Latte with Almond milk and the hubby had a Vanilla Latte with cows milk. Both of us had the Avocado toast. Both the coffee and avocado toast were delightful. The toast was made of fresh veggie ingredients, micogreens, with a balsamic drizzle. After most orders the cashier would walk away and tell the next person in line they'll be with them in just a few minutes, even if it wasn't that busy. When I got my Italian soda, I didn't get my cookie - I was told they were still working on it (it was in the display case) - yet my friend who ordered after me got her soda and cookie at the same time. I had to go up again to ask for it. 4) They're inconsistent with their use of disposable vs reusable packaging.
