such a great place to stop. there are two drive up windows so you can pick which line is shorter, or if you want to park you can use the walk up window. there's a really great selection and the staff is very friendly. definitely worth a visit if you're driving through town, and a great place to become a regular at if your local UPDATE: still the most awesome coffee stop in town! i've tried so many different flavors and each time i think i've found a new favorite only to love the next one as much or more. read more

I went today for the first time after driving by and saying "oh my goodness it's so cute" for over a month. It did not disappoint...The girls were so friendly and helped me pick my first drink. The coffee was fresh, I could tell within my first sip. They also made it decaf for me which is a struggle to get sometimes. What I got: small, decaf iced coffee, 2%, splash of hazelnut & white chocolate flavoring. 10/10 would much rather give this local shop my money over starbucks any day! read more

I was dying for coffee along our road trip from bisbee to Tucson and this place was such a gift! I had a piping hot oat milk latte which they served with a cute little chocolate covered espresso bean on top! The customer service was fabulous and the drive thru is so convenient. I always try to support local, and coffee shops are always on my list. Saw this on our drive and decided to stop, instead of Starbucks. Our barista was very nice, and pleasant. The service was quick, and based on other reviews I'm guessing I visited on an off day for them. Our macchiato and latte were poorly mad. The mocha macchiato tasted like watery chocolate milk. The latte was so overly sweet it was undrinkable. My husband and I both didn't drink our drinks. I will probably give it another shot though since I believe in supporting local small businesses. read more

The staff their was so rude the barista was mean and giving attitude once I got my drink it wasn't the one I order I told her she said it was but I am allergic to milk and she gave me a coffee with MILK and had to go the emergency room since they was milk in the coffee . The barista name was Ashia or Asia but she didn't care to fix my order and will never come back there again ! I will get a lawsuit too read more

Native Grounds uses locally roasted coffee that tastes like a sunrise on a cool Sunday morning. So delicious! The staff are personable, fun and so kind! They love to see dogs and make you feel like family. Their recently added food items are delicious too! Bagels! Cinnamon rolls! Muffins! My family loves it all! read more

Stopped here on a 30 hour road trip from Cali to Louisiana! Decided to go local instead of the chain coffee place and it was the best decision ever!!! They make excellent drinks. Food is great. The reason for 3 stars is because the speed of service is usually horrid. There's been 3 times that I've been there, waited in line for 15 minutes or more without moving, then just left. Each time, other cars have done the same. When my wife goes there, we make sure we have at least 30-45 minutes to spare. I just wish they would get better at that aspect. read more

worst customer survice. They wernt busy but i sat at the window for over 5 min with no acknowledgement from the staff members there were at least 5 if not more in there. I tired to get someones attention was ignored multiple times as i saw them look at me. They gave service to 2 vehicles at the other window and walked oitside to give service to the vehicle behind me when the persons behind me asked why im not moving and i tried to get attention again they lady just waved her hand kinda like telling me i need to leave and gave me dirty looks. I also bought a fruit smoothie for my daughter last week and it tasted like coffee with some fruit. I do not recommend this place. Rather pay more money and go to Starbucks where i get good friendly service read more
