Stopped in for a quick drink after dinner and before they closed. Waitresses are friendly and the bar is nice - open/lots of tables. Our table had a small stack of trivia questions which was fun to play. Ordered a round of beers but their food menu looked tasty too! Might swing back through before we head back home. They had some really cool art and fun merch for purchase too!

Always a nice stop. Had the Cuban sandwich. Delicious! Definitely a good choice for me. A nice beer. And all is good. Service was a little interesting. But definitely friendly.

We went for a drive to Sonoita and by the time we got there we were ready to eat! We found the Copper Brothel Brewery and it was jumping! Busy spot but got a table right away! Waitress was amazing and on top of it! She also gave us great recommendations. I had the Desert taco with ground beef (sour cream and avocado slices added) My husband and I had to try the February special of pesto mac & cheese and it did NOT disappoint! My husband had the cheeseburger and added hatch chilis. He loved it!!!! His side was homemade chips!! They were so good I wanted to take a whole bag of them home. They have many beers to choose from and I had Root Beer that was spectacular!! If you are in Sonoita make it a point to stop here!!!!

Great draft beer selection--we tried two different ones and both were excellent. The food was also a pleasant surprise. They've got the usual pub classics like wings and burgers, but also a solid selection of Mexican dishes. I went for the green chili, which was delicious but seriously spicy. I had to pause between bites just to let the heat settle. The spicy chicken enchiladas were really tasty too--still spicy, but much more manageable and enjoyable compared to the chili. Service was great as well. Our server was very attentive and had a lovely, welcoming smile. Overall, a really enjoyable spot for good food, good beer, and friendly service. We've noticed a great happy hour deal from 2pm to 5pm on drinks and food. Would love to come back for that!

Everybody loved the green chile relleno...both app and plate. Can't go wrong there. No pics cuz we ate too fast but their November specials are shrimp focused. I had the tempura fried shrimp and it was phenomenal! Not fishy, good cocktail sauce. We went 3 times in one week, with our doggie, loved it all including the atmosphere, vibe, servers! We will definitely be back when in or near Sonoita!! Only downside side was the nearby horses...smell and flies, but not terrible. Otherwise 5 stars, but still way worth it!!

Cute brewery with an amazing outdoor patio, lawn space, and 2nd story patio! Plenty of food options that include spicy chicken enchiladas and fried chicken sandwiches. Service was super quick and waitress was knowledgeable of all the beers. Loved the added touch of fly deterrents provided at every outside table. This is a perfect stop on winery tours for those that prefer beer or need an actual meal!

Great place and always a stop when we are headed to Bisbee. The bartender was amazing and everyone was super friendly. Service was super quick and the food was on point! Great atmosphere and if you like microbreweries, you gotta check this place out.

We came here for dinner after a nice day at a nearby lake. We tried a couple of seasonal drinks and the fry bread taco. Yum! The ambiance was nice outside and they even had a band playing some millennial emo/alternative songs which was cool. What a blast from the past. Also the service was great and their Halloween decorations were on point!

OK, so we thought we'd try out the copper brothel brewery in Senoia Arizona since we were in town to do something else already Totally not particularly impressed. The food was OK nothing special. Also, when I order a pulled pork sandwich with barbecue sauce, I expect it to be barbecue sauce on the pulled pork. Instead, I got dried pulled pork and a little cup of barbecue sauce for me to mix myself where there's no actual place to mix it so it means pour over the top and that's it. I guess the good point is we didn't have a soggy bun, but I'd rather have a soggy bun and have the barbecue sauce in all my pork just the top. Since I don't live here and I'll probably never come back again it was OK.

UPDATE... Our last visit was a sour experience. Let me say that the food was still great. The bartending, though, was really disappointing. My wife ordered a Cosmo, and it was really bad. The bartender was in the weeds and overwhelmed. I ordered a Manhattan, and some helper guy with two earrings and a rose tattoo on his leg made a comment that it was a Fufu drink and took too long to make when they were busy. This is a brewery, and I get that cocktails take more energy and technique than pouring draft beer. If they don't have the time or expertise for cocktails, take them off the menu and quit pretending to be a real bar. Just serve beer. I truly respect the people making the food. It was really tasty and elevated for the venue. The bar tending and front of house needs work. I no longer recommend this establishment for drinks. Get a table and try the food. Skip the cocktails.

Will you be open on New Years Day?

Hi Debbie! We will be open from 11am to 8pm on New Years Day.

We are looking forward to our first visit. Do you allow dogs?

Hi Teresa, Unfortunately Santa Cruz County doesn't allow us to have pets. Unless the dog is a licensed service animal, it cannot be on the premises (this includes the patio).…

How much are the beers? Thank you.

Hi Tony, Our own brews (once on tap) are $5 and guest taps are $6. These are for 16oz pours with the exception of beers with a higher ABV, those will be 12oz pours. We're…

I reached out on Friday hoping to find catering for a gathering on Monday morning that was set as just a graveside service in Tubac. With such short notice and so many unknowns, like the location we were still working on securing, I wasn't sure what would even be possible. Danielle immediately put me at ease. She was accommodating, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with during a stressful time. One of the biggest challenges was estimating attendance. This is a large, multi-generational family with deep roots in Southern Arizona, but because the burial was planned on such short notice and scheduled for a Monday morning, we knew attendance would be difficult to predict. Danielle allowed us the flexibility to adjust our estimated headcount and add additional servings to ensure we had enough food for everyone who attended. What impressed me most was the dedication of her team. They were up at 5:00 a.m. preparing fresh food the morning of the event and arrived with plenty of time to get everything set up before guests arrived. Their professionalism allowed family and friends to focus on gathering, visiting, and remembering our loved one rather than worrying about logistics. The food was outstanding. We chose three different meat selections for tacos, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly the authentic Sonoran-style Mexican food my husband's family has known and loved for generations. They even brought a hot plate to keep the tortillas warm and fresh throughout service. The biggest surprise hit of the day was the Watermelon Agua Fresca. It was made fresh that morning and was absolutely perfect for a warm Southern Arizona day--refreshing, light, and not overly sweet. The fresh limeade was equally delicious and a favorite among our guests and so were the homemade Churro's and cake pops. The team handled everything. They brought their own serving tables, serving utensils, chafing dishes, and equipment. They kept the line moving efficiently, served guests with kindness, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Best of all, we had plenty of food. Nothing creates more stress when hosting a large gathering than worrying about running out, and thanks to Danielle's guidance and preparation, that was never a concern. In a small town like Tubac, businesses often become part of the community fabric. Danielle and her team exemplify exactly what that means. They stepped up on incredibly short notice, adjusted their schedules, and helped our family create a meaningful gathering to celebrate the life of JJ Gastelum. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and outstanding food. If you're looking for authentic Sonoran cuisine, reliable catering, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, I cannot recommend Sonora Mia Restaurante or the Saint Ann's Community Hall highly enough.

Dark beams, creaky floors, mounted longhorns, and a massive old Brunswick backbar that probably has more stories than half the regulars. Walking in feels like stepping onto a movie set, except the beer is cold and the people are real. The menu is refreshingly short: burgers, a couple sandwiches, green-chile stew, and usually a burrito or enchilada plate. Nothing fancy, but everything is made in-house and tastes like it. We were bummed they were 86'd on the beef burrito the day we went but the cheeseburger more than made up for it. Hand-formed patty, properly griddled with crisp edges, good cheddar, fresh toppings, and a toasted bun that held together. Fries were hot and salty. Service is friendly in that small-town "you're not a stranger for long" way. Prices are fair, the patio dogs are welcome, and there's live music on weekends that somehow never drowns out conversation. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Patagonia, make the detour. Grab a stool at the ancient bar, order whatever they still have left, and soak in one of the most authentic saloons southern Arizona has left.
